We kindly ask guests to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere our neighbors value. This home is best suited for families, couples, or mature travelers seeking a quiet stay rather than large gatherings or parties.

Large villa with 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, pool 8x4m and depth from 1 to 2m, large parking and a lot of extra space inside and out.

A spacious property with 3 levels, plenty space to enjoy much-needed quality time with friends or family.

Ground level:
- living room with large smart TV and comfortable sofas
- hall with billiard table and authentic, vintage Catalonian furniture
- fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room
- separate office with a work area
- two connected bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with two single beds
- two full bathrooms

Second level:
- three individual bedrooms with a queen bed each, one of them with an extra single bed
- one full bathroom

Third level (tower):
- one bedroom for a couple who wants extra privacy

Outside:
- large guarded parking for 4 cars or more
- swimming pool with patio furniture and umbrellas for shade
- spacy patio with a barbeque and a large table & chairs suited for 12 people
- extra space behind the house – for kids to play, for cyclists to take store bikes (water hose is available) etc.

Other things to note
We do not accept unaccompanied youth groups, the main tenant must be at least 24 years old.
Check-in time - 4 pm.
Check-out time: 10 am.
A local tourist tax of €1 per person, per night, applies to guests aged 16 and over. This fee will be collected in cash at check-in.
