10/10 stay! From the checkin process to checkout. Location was amazing 3 min walk to beach. Close to main square 5 min drive. Property was equipped with everything needed, clean , newly renovated!! My family and I had a wonderful stay will be booking this location again :)

A beautiful location in a tranquil setting . The condo was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need . The kids loved the easy access to the pool and the beach . Highly recommended

Great property, super clean, and had everything we were looking for plus a 1/2 bath downstairs for guests. Not a detail was overlooked! Beautifully decorated condo ideal for families with lots of games to play and a great set of bunks (twin over full). One word of caution-this unit is on the third floor so must be ok with stairs. It is also across the road from the Gulf. Both would not stop us from coming back again. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Very comfortable beds, furnishings; good light in the rooms, well-equipped kitchen and some supplies to use at the beach. Even though all three of my kids had to stay in the same room, it worked well. We really enjoyed the balcony seating and the water view. Great parking and walkable access to the beach. We feel very lucky that we found this place.

The condo was clean and beautiful. I loved the decor of the condo. The place was perfect for us because one of the bedrooms had bunk beds in it, so our daughter and her husband and two kids were able to sleep comfortably. The other bedroom my husband and I took, it was a king size bed, and very spacious. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, which made it very convenient. The kitchen was equipped with all kinds of appliances and accessories. We used most of them but not all. The bedrooms also had their own televisions besides the living room. Overall we had a great vacation, especially since we had our grandkids with us for the first time. The host was very accommodating, especially when called on an issue with the wash machine leaking. It was on Sunday and by the end of the day it was fixed.

The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra fans, throw blankets and games that were provided. The beds were comfortable for sleeping. The best part was the amazing pool and easy access to the beach!The kitchen needed to be wiped down upon arrival, as well as some dishes that needed to be washed. Other than that, the condo was clean and comfortable. We were not able to get early check-in as we hoped but definitely enjoyed our stay!

Santa Rosa Dunes

The unit was clean and the location was perfect for our family. The property management company was only a phone call away. They were friendly and were quick to respond when we had an issue. Overall, our time in Pensacola was fantastic. I will say, we experienced a toilet leaking that required a plumber. However, the property management company handled it all in a timely and professional manner.
