Property is close to beach and generally as expected. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The bedrooms are downstairs which helps keep cool at night. Balconies were fun for observing iguanas and palm trees. Our teens enjoyed the pool and the beach. A few shops, restaurants, etc. are within short walking distance. Unit could use some repairs: dryer vents into laundry room instead of outside, door to laundry room is delaminating, there’s an infilled doorway in living room that’s obvious, kitchen cabinets are not in great shape, and kitchen isn’t well-stocked for basic cooking. Place was clean at first glance, but not under furniture, in closets, etc. Lockbox on front door is difficult to use and makes it difficult to open front door. It’s off-putting to be solicited for a tip from cleaning crew upon arrival and for a 5-star review from property management company. Overall, decent stay at reasonable price.
