Located within the sleek Arden Gardens complex, Macaulay Station and Kensington's vibrant eateries are less than a 10-minute stroll. Relax in air-conditioned comfort with soaring views from almost every room, or kick back on the balcony with a sunset wine. You’ll also have access to a rooftop garden and secure parking, allowing you to easily explore the surrounding suburbs.
This modern stay features fresh, light interiors with extensive glazing and an open-plan layout to create a feeling of comfort and ease. When you're not dining out, pick up some fresh produce at the nearby Queen Victoria Market and make use of the fully equipped kitchen, plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. An eight-seater table provides ample space to share meals, while additional seating at the breakfast bar offers a casual dining option.

After a day of work or sightseeing, return home to relax in one of the apartment’s two inviting living areas, both featuring a comfy sofa and one with a large TV. Settle in with a movie or your favourite book while making use of split system air-conditioning, or head outside to a large private balcony where you’ll find a cosy sofa offering an ideal setting to enjoy a glass of wine while you soak up sweeping views of the city and surrounding parklands.

Three bedrooms sleep six guests, with the primary bedroom offering a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV and city views, the second bedroom including a queen bed – also with views – and the third offering two single beds. In the immaculate bathroom, you’ll find a shower and complimentary toiletries while the ensuite also includes a luxurious, freestanding bathtub.

Additional conveniences include WiFi, secure parking for two cars, and a washing machine and dryer. You’ll also be able to make use of the shared rooftop garden space for a change of scenery.

Complimentary toiletries and consumables are provided for your comfort upon arrival. Once consumed, we kindly recommend that guests bring or purchase their own for the rest of their stay.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourself and access to the building's shared rooftop. Please make yourself at home!

Queen Victoria Market, Flemington Racecourse and Melbourne Zoo are all within a 10-minute drive of your stay, while Arden Street Oval, home of the North Melbourne Football Club, is less than 10 minutes’ walk. A supermarket, post office and pharmacy are located at street level below your stay, while all the attractions of Melbourne's CBD are within easy reach via Macaulay Street train station, a five-minute walk.
