I rented a camper from them and they called to tell me it was already booked and said they could put us in another camper , which I agreed on. And when we arrived, it there was issue with the water not working in it and several other issues . I tryed to call them and got no answer and said they would try to get maintenance but we never heard anything back and we told them about all the issues, and I was told I should have contacted them but I tryed and they wouldn’t answer..

Carmen, I responded right away to your complaint about the water pressure and let you know that since it was 8pm at night, it would be tough to get maintenance in - but you could use the on site bathouse. To leave a 1 star review over water pressure issues is absurd. You and your family were the most unkind guests we have ever had and are never welcome back on any of our locations.

It looked way better on the photos than in person, we did not even stay the night because of the smell and the leak from the little roof above that goes straight down the foot of the bed so when we checked in, there was dirt and leavs on the comforter. there was no power in the RV and when the housekeeper went to fix it, the lady had a cigarette in her mouth the whole time she was talking to us, and when the power went back, the AC was not turning on and we absolutely cannot stay in there, tried getting our money back but the owner will not give our money back, still in the process of disputing the charges. if he was a decent human being he would have given our money back we did not even stay the night, could not even use the bathroom because of how horrible it smelled in there. i do not recommend this place.
