The Space:
Sunset Glade Retreat by Tiny Away provides a peaceful getaway in Normanville, around an hour south of Adelaide. Our farm stay is situated just three minutes from the seaside town of Carrickalinga. You can get the best coastal views of Hallett Cove, Aldinga Beach, and Sellicks Beach along your drive.

Enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing, or a quiet picnic by the sea at Lady Bay. Take a peaceful stroll at Haycock Point Lookout or Myponga Reservoir Lookout or check out local food spots like Fast Eddies or Caffe on Bungala.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.

Sunset Glade Retreat by Tiny Away is located in the peaceful Normanville, South Australia. Only a quick 3-minute drive from Carrickalinga, our farm stay is near the coastal spots with pristine beaches, crystal-clear water, and breathtaking shoreline views.

Take a trip to local beaches worth visiting like Normanville and Carrickalinga to enjoy the white sands and clear water. Go for a long walk and see the scenic Haycock Point Lookout and Myponga Reservoir Lookout.

Get close to nature when you visit the scenic Ingalalla Falls or Lady Bay for a mix of coastal views, walking trails, and nature-based activities. Our holiday homes are close to food spots like Fast Eddies, Caffe on Bungala, Sip & Save, and Romeo's Foodland.

Getting Around:
By car:

- From Adelaide, 1hrs, 76km
- From Victor Harbor, 32 min, 35km
- From Melbourne, 8 hours 30 min, 775km. All are reachable by 2WD & 4WD.

By public transport:

- Guests can travel to the property by car or public services like - UBER or Didi
- We recommend guests travel by privatel vehicle or by UBER/Didi

Other Things to Note:
- All mobile reception has good signal.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking inside, except in designated areas
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival.

Important note:

- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
