Renovated 3 bedroom home located right in the heart of Carrickalinga! This very well presented home consists of 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 5 people comfortably with an additional person on the fold-out lounge.
Open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining to the center of the house with bedrooms on either side, all bedrooms are front-facing which are light and bright with new furnishings, fittings, and blinds.
Master bedroom with a comfy queen-size bed, flat-screen tv, ceiling fan, and ample storage.
2nd bedroom with queen size bed, ceiling fan, and ample storage.
3rd bedroom with a single bed and plug-in portable fan and ample storage.
Kitchen with fridge freezer, stove, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine. New corner lounge which folds out to a double sofa bed with a flat-screen tv and dvd player.
All in one bathroom with a shower, wc, and vanity.
This property is fully fenced and pet friendly (outside only).

Location: Middle of Broadbeach drive in South Bay Carrickalinga less than a 3-minute walk to the beach.
Bed configuration: Sleeps 6 (3 bed/1 bath) 2 queen, 1 single, and 1 fold-out sofa bed.
Facilities: Open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen with electric stove, fridge freezer, microwave, bbq, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine.

Heating/Cooling: Reverse cycle A/C and ceiling fans to 2 bedrooms and 1 plug-in fan.

Small and cosy!

What a lovely cosy place to stay for 10 beautiful beach days. A great backyard to keep the dog. A very short walk to the beach. And very grateful for the aircon on those 40 degree days. Thank you

Great place

We had a wonderful time at this house. We booked it last minute and our usual place was booked and so we were not expecting much but we were pleasantly surprised. Very clean, well resourced, great yard and deck and super comfy beds. Will definitely be coming again.
