Roseys is a cozy, character-filled home so close to Second Valley beach, Perfect for families, couples, and friends looking to unwind by the coast.

This listing includes 3 BR, (2 Queen, 3 single) max 6 guests.
If you have more than 1 group or need to accommmodate additional guests contact Rosey regarding the additonal Studio space offering another 2 bedrooms, huge living area, zen retreat space and kitchinette.

Kick back on one of the two outdoor decks, cook up a storm in the undercover BBQ area's generouse outdoor kitchen (there’s an electric pizza oven and air fryer too). We’ve even got a wagon to help cart your gear to the beach.

Inside, there’s loads to keep everyone entertained – board games, books, DVDs, craft stuff – and a cosy “kids retreat” bedroom with a TV, DVD player, and toy box just for them.

We’ve stocked the house with handy extras like pantry staples, a coffee plunger and frother. The beds are made up for your arrival with deluxe linen – just BYO beach and bath towels.

One of our guests favourite features... The outdoor Bali hut-style bathroom and toilet – the perfect place to rinse off after a beach day or shower yourself in memories of Bali.

Well-behaved owners are are welcome to bring their dogs. The yard is fully fenced so they can roam safely.

You’re also in a great spot to explore walking trails, soak in amazing coastal views, or head down to the beach for fishing, diving, or a snorkel (keep an eye out for the leafy sea dragon!).

Why they chose this property

The proximity to the beach means we dont really use our car from the time we arrive to when we leave. Fresh air and rolling hill views. A very healthy retreat.

What Rosey loves about this property is the friendly country community feel and proximity to the beach and store. The hills views from the deck are relaxing and we can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the kids bedroom.
