Sunny Serenity nestled in the heart of Whitianga is Close to town & a short drive to the beach.
The home has 4 bedrooms 3 with Queen beds & a bunk room with roll away bed suitable for children only. One large bathroom & an ensuite in the master bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the large sunny open plan living & dining area which is comfortable & warm, there is a smart TV & a heat pump, the area opens onto a large deck. Small dogs are allowed by request only. BBQ is also available
The Space:
This modern spacious home has large decks and a small garden area, there is parking for a small boat and car, fully fenced and has a filleting bench. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac safe for children. The garage has been set up as a games room with table tennis and a dart board hours of entertainment.

Guests can use all areas of the home

Pets are allowed by request there is a small charge. Please respect the home and clean up after your furry friend
