The apartment is conveniently located in a quiet residential area near the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins, Antibes and Golfe-Juan, in a small, secluded luxury residential complex with beautifully landscaped grounds and large swimming pool.
The complex is equipped with security systems for the peace-of-mind of its guests (automatic gate with remote control, pedestrian access, parking with access code and resident custodian) and offers a number of shops nearby, including a supermarket and smaller minimart, delicatessen, tobacconist, pharmacy, bakery and butcher shop.

It includes awning, built-in barbecue, teak table and chairs, two chaise lounges for sunbathing or an afternoon nap and unforgettable, relaxing evenings in the privacy of your own home.

The large swimming pool, for the use of condo residents only, will not disturb the peace and quiet of your stay because it is not located right below the apartment, and it also includes a small wading pool for children, benches, umbrellas, shower and areas to sunbathe within the verdant grounds.

Herrliche Ferien im Park

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche in Isabelles Reich verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit ihren 53 Quadratmetern, einem Extraschlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Schrankbett für uns vier groß genug gewesen. Man fühlt sich dort sofort sehr wohl, da die Wohnung mit so vielen netten, persönlichen Accessoires ausgestattet ist. Besonders schön ist es auf dem großen Balkon, der mit seinen hübschen Teakholzmöbeln und den zwei Liegen zum draußen Essen und Verweilen einlädt. Nett ist es auch, dass es einen Elektro- bzw. Holzkohlegrill gibt. Darüber hinaus findet man in der Küche alles, was die Hausfrau so braucht, inklusive Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Nespressomaschine und Mikrowelle. Isabelle überlässt ihren Gästen einfach ihre gesamte Einrichtung und gibt noch sehr nette Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen in die Umgebung, so zum Beispiel die Altstadt von Antibes mit ihrem Hafen oder den malerisch schönen Wanderweg an der Küste von Cap d'Antibes entlang. Während man diese Aktivitäten besser mit dem Auto unternimmt, kann man den etwa 20 minütigen Weg zum Strand durchaus auch zu Fuß machen, was zudem Parkgebühren und Nerven spart.

très agréable séjour au soleil

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement d'Isabelle, qui est très accueillante et pleine d'attention. L'appartement a tout le confort nécessaire, machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, machine à café (avec dosettes fournies !)... et ce qui est également appréciable c'est le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain qui sont à disposition. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris de voir qu'il y avait aussi tout le nécessaire pour l'entretien ainsi qu'un large fond d'épicerie. Une belle terrasse avec une superbe vue et des transats nous ont permis de prendre nos repas et de nous reposer tranquillement. L'appartement est Idéalement située à côté de la belle piscine de la résidence qui est sécurisée avec un portail. Le centre-ville de Juan les Pins est très agréable et très animé avec une multitude de magasins et restaurants. Notre plage, de sable, est très agréable et, située au Port du Crouton. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et espérons y revenir.

Une belle propriété d'où on aperçoit un coin de Méditerranée.

L' appartement se situe dans une résidence, Val d' Azur, calme, close, bien équipée (piscine, parking individuel), agrémentée de jardins verdoyants et fleuris, quotidiennement entretenus. La résidence, juchée sur les hauteurs dominant Juan-les-Pins, est à vingt minutes, environ, à pied, de la plage. Elle est disposée de telle sorte que le soleil estival ne pénètre pas dans l'appartement qui, de ce fait, conserve toujours une relative fraîcheur, très agréable en période caniculaire. Les propriétaires l'ont aménagé avec goût (décoration, mobilier du living... ), tout en veillant à ce que rien n' y manque (linge, vaisselle, livres, revues, carte de la région, plan de la ville... ). Très sympathiques, ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions et donné de bons conseils pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible, ce qui a été le cas. On a été très bien accueillis. En louant cet appartement on est sûrs de ne pas être déçus.

Agréable séjour à Juan les Pins

Après un accueil chaleureux d'Isabelle, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un havre de paix, avec une vue sur un parc magnifiquement arboré. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous. Rien ne manque ( linge de lit, serviettes de toilette, produits d'entretien , fond d'épicerie.... ) la terrasse et les confortables bains de soleil nous ont assurés d'agréables moments de repos. Il est certain que nous reviendrons. Nicole et JJ.
