Great stay for a single room with a kitchen

Exactly what I needed for a work trip. Quiet, tucked away and easy access in an industrial part of town. It was quiet at night and busy early am which was perfect

Shocking Revelations

Checking in could be smoother if the numbers on the doors were larger. Once inside the property itself is exactly as it is on the listing. I didn't love there being a door to other units in the kitchen so I moved the dining room table against it for the duration of my stay. The door is locked but the space really opens up with the table out of the way. The couch does expand which is quite nice for movie nights. We did not have the welcome sheet w/ wi-fi instructions upon arrival but Charlie was a huge help and always reachable! The first day of my stay there was construction going on which was less than ideal as i was jetlagged but thankfully it was only the one day. The neighbors here are very kind! One helped us when our car broke down and the other let us play and pet her dog! As good as it was things aren't perfect....... the towels shed, the dryer shakes the whole place if the spin is up too high, it is not very walkable, the location is questionable because it is in an industrial park (there are at times industrial noises), there's no natural light in the living spaces, once I did gain access to the wifi the TV refused to connect so I had to stream via my personal hotspot, then there was unannounced internet maintenance that never quite resolved itself so we had to borrow a neighbors wifi, and worst of all the light switches/ outlets WILL repeatedly shock you. The bookcase could also use better books about the area/ city, and it would be nice if the linens were orange
