Once our cleaner notified us about the porch lights, they were promptly replaced—thank you for bringing that to our attention. The mattress in the second primary bedroom was purchased less than a year ago, but we understand that comfort can be subjective and appreciate the feedback as we continue to improve.All of our TVs are brand-new smart TVs and require guests to sign in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix or Hulu). We also apologize for any confusion regarding recycling; our service was recently discontinued by the city, and the blue bins are now considered regular trash, though some neighbors still use them.Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us make the home even better for future guests.
