Apartment holiday rental with your own pool and sea view. Very quite area In the famous village Haut de Cagnes 15 kilometres from Nice. 5 minutes walking to the restaurants in Haut de Cagnes.Le Petit Artiste is an independent apartment with a separate entrance in Villa Artiste situated on a hill top next to the village of Haut de Cagnes.
The villa has a large swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean and the castle of Haut de Cagnes. Access to the pool is granted for guests in the apartment, as well as in the villa itself. Outside the apartment there is a private, sheltered garden space with a dining table. This is a lovely place to see the sun set over the Provencal mountains!

Le Petit Artiste has a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower). The combined living- and dining room has a sofa bed for 2, a dining table and a TV. French doors open onto the small garden/terrace. Guest toilet. The elegant kitchen, also opening onto the terrace, is fully modern equipped.


Situated on a hill next to Haut de Cagnes, a medieval hilltop village between Nice and Antibes. 12 min to the airport. 20 min walk to the beach. 5 min to grocery store. 15 min walk to banks and post office in Cagnes sur Mer. 10 min to St Paul de Vence and the medieval city of Vence. 20 min by car to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. 30 min to Grasse and Italy. 17 golf courses in within 30 min drive. 1,5 hours drive to skiing.

A nice holiday

On arrival we were warm welcomed by the owners of the apartment. the owners decorated it for Christmas. (because it was 2 days before Christmas) The view towards the sea is beautiful. The place is situated on a silent place, were you can get relaxed. The apartment was cleaned well and neat. We would recommend this apartment to stay. Also suitable for long staying.

Das angebotene Apartment war sehr sauber, hell, gepflegt, hübsch eingerichtet und großzügig. Der Vermieter stand uns jederzeit für eventuelle Fragen zur Verfügung, allerdings sind Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch, Französich oder Schwedisch notwendig. Die Lage war traumhaft. Hoch gelegen, man hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht über die ganze Stadt bis hin zum Meer. Das Apartment ist etwas abseits gelegen un d daher ideal für einen Entspannungsurlaub. Den Vermietern war es sehr daran gelegen, dass wir uns bei Ihnen wohlfühlten. Sie hatten ihre Privatwohnung direkt über dem Apartment, waren aber sehr rücksichtsvoll, so dass man sich nicht gestört fühlte. Der Pool, der Garten und die komplette Anlage sind real viel schöner als auf den Bildern sichtbar. Der poolbereich, die Anlage und das Apartment sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Apartment ist mit allen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet, die man zum Leben braucht. Allerdings gilt es noch zu sagen, dass ein Auto hier von Vorteil wäre. Das Meer, sowie die Stadt und ggf. Restaurants sind nur schwer zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auto also absolut notwendig! Wenn man auch Sehenswürdigkeiten oder berühmte Stadte besichtigen will ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Aber mit Auto ist alles zu erreichen gar kein Problem und auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Das Meer ist kristallblau, allerdings bietet Cagnes sur Mer keinen Sandstrand sondern Kies. Fährt man allerdings nach Antibes kann man auch einen Feinsandstrand erleben. Haustiere sind überhaupt kein Problem. Alles in Allem war das ein traumhafter und unvergesslicher Urlaub! Empfehlenswert!
