A beautiful quiet location .....just steps to the beach....so relaxing...no traffic...no noise...just birds and the crashing waves.House had everything we needed, beds were just right. Kids loved the seperate quartersAn older building, steel framed ...so a bit of outer rustClear information from host - very easy to deal with.We had a couple of issues with property....which was amended quicklyWould definitely stay againVery limited internet/data...no issue for us...but for those needing it...good to know

I paid for a seven-night stay; however, I was unable to remain at the property for more than one night due to its poor condition and associated health concerns.Upon opening the sliding door to the lounge area on arrival, there was an immediate and strong musky, closed-in odour. Within minutes, I experienced significant sinus irritation, a reaction I have not had for many years. This was clearly a health issue rather than a matter of personal comfort. The presence of spiders, cobwebs, and what appeared to be significant dust-mite contamination throughout the lounge further reinforced this concern. In addition, the bathroom floor was visibly dirty on arrival.As a direct result of these conditions, I was forced to leave the property the following morning, which was extremely disappointing given that the accommodation had been booked and paid for in full. The condition of the lounge furnishings strongly suggests they have not been professionally steam-cleaned for a considerable period. At a minimum, this should be standard practice prior to high-occupancy periods such as school holidays.I raised these concerns by email with Rosetta; however, my claims were dismissed without adequate consideration.Overall, the condition and quality of the house were poor and did not align with the price charged. The experience fell well below reasonable expectations, and I do not believe the property was presented in a fit or acceptable condition for paying guests.
