Well appointed tiny home with plenty of cool amenities. Fire pit and a dock to the pond. Complimentary wine, gas stove/oven. Coffee maker, toaster. For a tiny home it really didn't feel cramped. Oh and the towels smelled delightful. Tap water smelled a little metallic but the host had a primo water dispenser for potable water. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again. Waking up to ducks and geese swimming across the pond was a true highlight.

Wonderful Getaway!
We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin! From the very beginning, the host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The setting is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. One of our favorite features was the pond right outside. My husband especially loved spending time fishing there, and it really added to the whole atmosphere of the getaway. Between the scenery, the cozy cabin, and the thoughtful touches from our host, this stay was exactly what we were hoping for. We can’t wait to come back!

Definitely recommend!!
My fiancé and I stayed here during our 1 week trip to Oregon. The location is great, easy to find, the host did greet us when we arrived our 1st evening as they had installed a new key pad on the door and wanted to make sure we got in. There wasn’t a toaster available so I sent Doug a text and we had a toaster that same day. Very generous and polite! The tiny home/cottage was absolutely adorable. Would definitely book again if we vacation that way again!
I have never stayed in a tiny house before and this one was delightful! It had everything that I needed and the location was perfect for my dog competition. The house was very comfortable and amazingly, felt rather spacious for 400 sq ft! It was perfect for my dog and I. We enjoyed our walks in the fields and around the pond. Austin was so helpful as well. I had an issue with the door lock and he promptly fixed it for me while I was at my competition. I would highly recommend and hope to return if there is another competition in Roseburg. M

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled your first tiny house stay was a positive one and that it felt comfortable and spacious for you and your dog. We’re especially glad the location worked well for your competition and that you were able to enjoy the walks around the fields and pond—that’s one of our favorite parts of the property too.I’m also happy to hear Austin was able to quickly help with the door lock issue so you could focus on your event without any stress. We really appreciate your kind recommendation and would love to host you again anytime your competitions bring you back to Roseburg. Safe travels to you and your pup!
I needed a break from life for a moment and the chaos of what is my home and this little slice of heaven was everything!!! the sounds of nature. the ducks and geese. the privacy and seclusion. it was quite literally heaven on earth for me. also dog friendly. my puppy loved the outdoors
The property was great! If it is just 2 people, its a great place. The post says 2 cots and an air mattress. When we arrived... we couldn't find the cots, there was not any bedding for the air mattress or the pull out sofa. There was 1 pillow, but no case for it. We found a comforter and ended up wwashing it in the shower. If you're going tobstay here, i would bring your own bedding. Other than that, the place was beautiful. The lake was amazing and the hosts were great.
