PALM BREEZE VILLA

PROVIDENCIALES BEACHES WERE VOTED NUMBER 'ONE' IN THE WORLD!!!! WE ARE LOCATED JUST MINUTES AWAY FROM GRACE BAY BEACHES................. The property is lined with many palm trees and island foilage. The pool and the water fall provide a relaxing and peaceful environment. There is a 35 foot dock by the canal along with a boat ramp for easy access to enter the canal for swimming or kayaking. The outdoor kitchen features granite counter tops and a large stainless steel grill with side burner and sink, perfect for a BBQ.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a private bathroom and shower. The two other bedrooms have a queen size bed and a king size bed with shared bathroom. This bathroom has a washer and dryer. Upper decks and patios with screen in porches which provide a nice view of the ocean and canal.


On the upper level you have the kitchen, living room and dining room, with a half bathroom , full screened in porch on the canal side with the front of the house having an open terrace with view of the ocean, this terrace is great for sun bathing, reading or just relaxing while enjoying the beautiful sunsets.

The property is just minutes away from supermarkets, gas stations, local beaches or the well known Grace Bay beaches and restaurants. We are approximately 10 minutes from the airport.

We absolutely loved our time at the villa. It had everything we needed, beautiful landscaping during the day and lit at night, very comfortable and lots of space to relax and make ourselves at home and to really enjoy our holiday. We especially loved the pool and seeing the turtles come by on the canal every day. We took the kayaks out for an explore which was fun. Jeano was incredibly helpful and responsive, she even organised with the gardener for us to have some coconuts from the garden. We're very fortunate in that we've been to Providenciales lots of times and have our favourite places to eat and things to do (Hemingways, CocoVan, Marine Room, Coco Bistro, Lemon to Go and Somewhere), snorkelling at Pelican Beach and the Bight reef at Coral Gardens, bathing and walking the rescue puppies at Potcakes and it was nice to have a respite from the beach, knowing it's only a ten minute drive away. We'd love to stay again for our next visit!

This is a beautiful home in a great location if you prefer to be away from the bustle of the Grace Bay resort area. The house is stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed coffee on the screened porch and cocktails by the pool, as well as kayaking on the canal. Thank you Patty and Jeano for your help and hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

Palm Breeze is fantastic. Legitimately had everything you need. My husband and I have been renting homes for over 10 years and this is one of our favorites. Outside living is as perfect as the pictures show, actually better. Patty and Jeano went above & beyond.Don’t hesitate…. Rent!

Great house that accommodated our family. Details haven’t been updated to reflect that each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was a great surprise since that would have been our ideal booking. And 2/3 rooms have a king bed, not just one. Loved the screened porches and outdoor spaces. House in great location as seemed to be 15 minutes from everything.

We had a wonderful visit in mid April to Palm beach Villa. The house was everything described and pictured plus more charm than we could have imagined. The layout of the property was perfect for our family of five: two teen boys, an eight-year-old girl and my husband and myself. There were so many charming spaces to pass time, it was hard to pick a favorite! Poolside, front balcony amid the palm trees, or canal-facing screened porch. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with basics, though we brought a lot since we had been warned about food costs on island. The pool was lovely, as was the canal and the sea turtles who greeted us! We also enjoyed crashing on the big comfy couch as a family at the end of a long day in the sun. The location was central with easy access to everything. It’s definitely not a densely populated neighborhood- good for privacy and peace, but maybe not if you prefer the hustle and bustle or the security of closer neighbors. The back grill pictured in the listing did not seem operational, but there was a smaller grill that worked fine for us. Beds were comfortable, showers were luxurious (especially one), and the hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

Our first trip and everything about this house is fantastic, owner and property manager were great and house was well stocked, super clean and very comfortable. We spent evenings on the dock and days but the pool and enjoyed every minute. House is conveniently located within 15min of everything.

Beautiful Villa

Enjoyed our trip. The Villa has a great location, roomy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. They supplied everything needed for the beach and the pool was a plus. Being on the canal gave us a beautiful view. Micki the property manager was wonderful.

Fabulous Discovery

Patty's was a great place to hang out with friends. Lots of sitting areas for book reading and alone time and great spaces for group dining and games. Short drives and easy access to beaches and grocery stores.

Great location

Love the fact it was away from the busy hotels and centrally located for all the things we wanted to do. We felt safe and loved how quiet it was at night. We also loved the neighborhood turtle that swims by every day. Wife named him T.C.

This was a great place for our party of 6! We were greeted at the airport by the nicest person who stayed in contact with us throughout our whole stay! We enjoyed the house, pool, kayaks, outdoor and indoor spaces! It was a great retreat for just us after being out exploring all day!

Excellent Getaway

We had an excellent vacation. This property was very clean. Patty helped us from the day we reserved the house to make sure we had all our questions answered. It is in a quiet area and watching the sunrise from the screened in deck was great! The location is great, we were only a 5-10 minute drive to most things we wanted to do on the island. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

An amazing vacation!!!

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed. We cooked a few days - even did a little bbq for the 4th. Our kids loved the pool, they spent hours just relaxing and being lazy. It is centrally located - close to everything. Can’t say enough good things! Highly recommend! Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Great price, great home.

Great price, great home. Both the property manager and the local support was incredible. Constant communication at a time of need. We got caught in the storms in the Northeast over the Christmas holiday and the team went above and beyond to make sure that we got to where we needed safely and that they supported us throughout our entire stay.

New Years Family Getaway

My family of 6 adults had a wonderful stay. Any questions or concerns were responded to immediately. The Villa is well appointed and makes staying in as easy as going to the beach or out for meals. Miki was a great help, meeting us at the rental car office and leading us back to the Villa. She answered all our questions and gave us great tips on where to eat and shop. Thank you Patty and Miki.
