It was a clean and quiet place. If you have more than 1 car can be an issue but Steve made it work. Very friendly and helpful. Id stay again!

Clean,and beach was right across the street..had a front porch and rear porch. front porch you can see the ocean..store right around the corner..for groceries..etc.host was a very nice guy..Thank you steve..

Hampton Beach Apartment

The two bedroom apartment was dated but quite functional. The queen size bed was comfortable. We did not use the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. The owner was very friendly and informative. The location is one block from the beach so we had a very short walk to the beach and to restaurants. We used this apartment as a base to visit Wolf Hollow in Ipswich and then a day long trip up into northern New Hampshire for leaf peeping. The only true down side, for us old fogies, was the steep stairs to the 2nd floor but we managed.
