Lovely house and garden in walking distance to everything

My bestie and I were very blessed to have stayed here for 4 nights as a mini escape from our high-stress jobs. Absolutely perfect cottage, easy to find in Olinda and central to everything. The cottage is only a short drive from Sassafras, Belgrave, etc. so we were able to go out each day and have mini day trips and then return in the evening.The cottage itself was beautiful, we loved the fireplace and the spa and the views out the windows; we had everything we needed. The balcony was a highlight for me with kookaburras. Pia Tim also made us a beautiful hamper for our stay. Communication was excellent instructions about staying were very clear and easy to understand and follow.Nothing to fault no complaints. We would love to return I'll be recommending this place to all of my friends for future getaways.Thank you Pia Tim for having us! Kind regards from LJ & Jayden x

Great location. Super cute house. Loved it.

This house feels modern and well designed, but also like a well-loved family home; the living areas feel both spacious and cozy. We liked it very much. Great location looking out over temperate rainforest, feels very private and peaceful. You can walk into sassafras along the road and then up a trail along the creek, about 1km. Great communication with owner, all the amenities you need.

Back deck was great for the grandchildren to play and watch the wildlife

Gorgeous accommodation which was exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the spa, walks and nearby towns with lovely little shops.

Our family stay for my mother’s birthday was everything we hoped! A cozy, tranquil stay! Just a short walk to Kalista Tea Rooms! Communication from the host was outstanding.Would certainly come back.

This accomodation looked beautiful in the photos but we were blown away when we first walked in. It has obviously been created with love and attention to detail. The beautiful placement of the windows lets nature flow into the space. Its tasteful decor, beautiful original art pieces and quirky antiques created a special environment. It is spotless and fresh. Every morning freshly baked bread and fresh ingredients were left on the doorstep. Huge thank you to Rhonda and Mark for making our weekend away so special. We will definitely stay again.
