Find beach rentals near Shack Bay

We loved: The location, the comfortable rooms, the well equipped kitchen and the outdoor seating/dining area. Anything we needed info about was well explained in the guest information book.All in all this home was ideal for our group of 10.

This was the perfect stay for our mums and son in search of dinosaurs and fossils. A short walk to the beach was wonderful and close to town too. The house was very spacious, clean and tidy.

We were there for a family wedding and the accommodation suited us perfectly.

Had a lovely relaxing stay at this well-located, modern new house. 5 mins to shops or beach.

We couldn’t be happier with the house. It was fantastic for our family. The location was close to the beach while being very quiet and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our Cape Paterson holiday!

The original art decorating the rooms, the well-equipped kitchen and large bathroom, the comfortable bedroom furniture and the lovely lounge fittings all combined to make it the perfect holiday spot for us. Wonthaggi had all the things needed for a holiday in January but we didn't see any crowds. They were probably at the popular holiday spots along the Bass Coast.

We loved our time at this property. Good layout, two living spaces (upstairs /downstairs). Important to us was the well stocked kitchen and pantry, boards/knives/utensils/spices, cling wrap etc. An endless range of kids / toddler crockery, cups and cutlery. Middle unit in a set of 3, so close to neighbours. Our only negative comment was there is only a single rail for the top bunk and bunks couldn't be pushed against the wall due to the pentagonal shape of the room.

Very kind owners and lovely. The home is well equipped for a group!
