Great location, close to all things in Phillip Island.

All of us (six in total) had a comfortable stay at the property for two nights.Luke the property owner responded to all my queries within a few minutes. His instructions on how to check in and out were very clear and easy to follow.Inside the property was very clean. Bed linen and towels were very neat and clean too. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals.Location of the property was highly convenient and only walking distance to a clean beach.We highly recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Nice property in a great quiet location. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still an easy drive everywhere. The house is well looked after, and has more than enough of everything for the family stay. Would definitely look to stay here again next time we visit the Island.

The house, undercover area and spa/pool were great. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We paid extra for towels and linen which seems to be something that happens these days. Not a fan of that system. When we got there it had not been supplied. The agent was easily contacted and the items were supplied after a bit of a panic late in the day. We had a nice holiday with our grandkids. Would recommend this house.

We stayed at Chris’s beautiful beach home for 13 days and we just cannot fault our stay and experience! The place is well set up, was clean and had absolutely everything we needed including many added extras which were really appreciated such as linen, bath towels, and kitchen and bathroom supplies! The house was extremely modern with an absolutely beautiful view! Close to the beach with lots of great safe places to ride with the kids! Communication was easy and Chris is such an easy going friendly person and made us feel so welcome! Honestly the best experience we have had in stayz! Do yourself a favour and stay here!!

Love this house and location. Ideal for my daughter and me as a getaway for her surfing comp. On the edge of the National Park it was cllose to the action but so so quiet and nestled in nature. Beach, bay, bunnies and birds. All the b's. We will be back. :)

Riptide is an extremely clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay within an easy couple of minutes walk to the beach. The large living room windows have a 180 degree view and provide a spectacular view of the sunsets. It was relaxing and fun watching the locals walk and play with their dogs along the airfield runway. We were hoping to see a couple of light planes land or take off, but it wasn’t to be! The house was stocked with everything we needed and we loved the sea theme decor. Highly recommended.
