Avoca Beach oceanfront rentals

Wonderful location. Could sit in the lounge and watch the surfers all day.Only issue is that the flat does not have air conditioning as advertised to only fans..

Enjoyed our stay. This is my second time at Avoca Palms and me and my family had a great time. It is a great location, right in the heart of Avoca so you can walk everywhere. My kids loved the pool and games room and used this everyday. Will most likely be back next year.

Great apartment in one of the best locations in Avoca. Unit block was very quiet when we stayed and pool, games room, sauna & gym facilities lovely and clean and well maintained. The apartment could do with a deep clean of the balcony and under the couches and it would have been great if the bathroom fans worked but everything else was super clean and working well. Maybe some fan for the 2 smaller bedrooms needed as it was so hot and there was no air flow, and make sure you bring all your own basics like salt and cooking oil! Otherwise a pretty good stay :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Drift. Heather was lovely to deal with and very helpful. The location of the house was a short 2 min walk to the beach and cafes. The house also had lots of games and toys for young children which was perfect for our 16month old daughter. We can’t wait to stay again!

Close to beach and shops

This unit had a brilliant location opposite both the beach and shops……. Not to mention the marvelous view. It is well appointed and very comfortable. All this made for an enjoyable stay. The only drawback I could mention is the lack of air conditioning. Otherwise I highly recommend staying here, but not when I want to come again!!

We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. Such a great location and clean and tidy unit with plenty of room. We’d definitely stay here again.
