Melbourne Holiday Apartments - 'City Northbank 3' is great for a couple, friends or a small family visiting Melbourne.
Beds can be configured as follows:
Bedroom - 1 x king bed, or 2 x long-single (twin beds)
Living Room - 1 x queen sofa bed (if required)
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Porta-cots and high chairs are available upon request (at no charge) - cot linen is not supplied.
This 12th floor apartment has fantastic views of Crown Casino, Southbank and the Yarra River. It's perfectly positioned on the north bank of the Yarra River, on the corner of Flinders and Spencer Streets in the Melbourne City Centre (CBD). It's one block from the World Trade Centre, Melbourne Aquarium and the Immigration Museum, and directly across the bridge from Crown Casino, the Southbank restaurant and entertainment precinct, the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centres and the DFOs (direct factory outlet shopping). The city trains and trams run right by the building, including the free city circle tram. It's also just a very short walk to Southern Cross Station and Etihad Stadium.
This very stylish, air-conditioned apartment offers you the choice of either a king bed or 2 long-single beds in the bedroom, plus a queen-size sofa bed in the living room (if required). The apartment is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave oven, 4-seater dining setting, a Full HD LCD television, dvd player, stereo system, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Internet - there is free WiFi to the apartment for browsing only (no downloads).
Special features of the apartment include; reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning, intercom, electronic door entry system, lift access to the apartment, and remote control and lift access to one free under-building car parking space (maximum height clearance 2.1m).
