Wow! What an amazing place. The perfect holiday house with everything you need & more. Fishing from the edge of property, feeding the ducks, even a cockatoo was tame enough to sit with us on the back steps and be hand fed. The garden and yard were immaculate and the perfect place for our easter egg hunt. And to the finish the day off in the spa was so relaxing. We'll definitely be back Barbara! Cheers :)

OMG this home was so relaxing, light and open. We felt safe walking to and from the restaurant in the evening. My 87 yld mum loved to sit on the deck and watch the bird life and kayaks on the water. My 16yld loved the beach. The garden was so pretty and the spa was a winner each night. My whole family (6) loved it. :))

Beautifully presented house, lovely location on the Narabeen Lakes. Spotlessly clean and good amenities. Our party in Sydney for wedding at the Long Reef Golf Club so was REALLY convenient(as opposed to Manly). Fantastic access to Northern beaches and restaurants eg Pilu at Freshwater and the Boathouse at Pittwater. Gorgeous walks to beach and around lake.Convenient shopping nearby. Would certainly recommend.

We have just celebrated our daughters wedding and stayed in this outstanding home. The outdoor entertaining area was terrific for hair & makeup in the morning whilst providing excellent photo shots of the garden & lake before the wedding. Everyone that visited the home commented how beautiful & relaxing it was. Overall I would definitely recommend this home as it was in a great location, close to the beach and shops and has a very peaceful feel to it! :)

We had a great 4 days. The location of your house is perfect. It was great waking up to the beautiful view every morning then taking a walk down to the beach and getting a coffee on the way back. In the afternoon it was sensational relaxing in the spa.

We enjoyed our Christmas week with our adult children at Lakeside. The outlook, location near the beach & openness of the house meant we had a relaxed casual family celebration. The short drive to the property from home was great compared to a long drive out of Sydney.
My only recommendation for improvement would be an empty fridge on arrival & pantry better segregated so we didn't accidently use the owner's food.

We had a splendid time at your house by the estuary. We were there with couple of toddlers and they had lots of fun roaming and chasing the ducks while we sat in the verandah or lounged in the spa. Definitely recommend this place.

This was the perfect get away, only a 45min drive to get there and the scenic location and sleepy beach village vibe removed all the Sydney stresses.
Your homely, beach house decor was familiar and inviting. Along with cable, foxtel, a gas fire and jacuzzi, not to mention the cappuccino machine and various indoor/outdoor relaxation zones we had the perfect break...only not long enough. We hope to make it our get-away house. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Thankyou so much for everything - My husbands family stayed in the house during their stay here from Rome for our wedding and they loved it. It was close to transport, shops and it was comfortable and had everything they needed. It was fantastic. My only regret is that my husband and I didn't get to stay for a least a night to enjoy the view and a dip in the outside spa. I would recommend this property to all highly. Thanks again for helping to make our wedding as special as what is was.

This house is a dream! We had the most pleasant stay at a perfect location. You have Narrabeen lake right in front of you and you just have to cross the street to get to the beach. It is a very pretty house, perfect to relax with all features it offers. On top of all this, the lovely owner makes everything so easy for you. We missed nothing during our stay and it was hard to leave this lovely place.

My 4 sisters and me stayed for 2 nights at Narrabeen Lakefront Peninsula house.
It was well situated in Narrabeen, near the beach, plenty of walks, restaurants and good coffee close by.
The house was lovely and clean, lots of fresh towels and beds for us all, we especially loved having our meals on the outside picnic table and watching the ducks and pelicans having fun.
Another feature was the spa which we enjoyed under the stars.
Everything we wanted in a birthday celebration for our youngest sister.

What a fantastic getaway property. The layout of the property is perfect with everything you need. It is a quiet location and the back yard leading onto the lake, superb. The spa is a winner too.

The house is in a beautiful quiet location, and very clean with all the extras you need, even down to the lovely linen on the beds. The backyard is gorgeous to sit in the spa, have a BBQ, relax by the water watching the wildlife or do some fishing. Not much need to go to the beach even though it's a very short walk!

FANTASTIC... appreciated the fact we could entertain our family at a beautiful location that was close to Manly and the beautiful Northern beaches, which suited our stay in Sydney. Clean and tidy.

I rented this house for the night before my wedding and the night after as a getaway for the bridal party. It was a beautiful location for our preparation photos, right on the lake! It also has a lovely spa for relaxing before the big day.
Only one word of advice - the house is at the end of a cul-de-sac so be careful if you're hiring a limousine, you'll need to move all other cars out of the way in order to fit the limo!

I loved it!
This place has the most perfect location - you can't beat it. I stayed here for the 2 nights before my wedding, and can not think of a better place ot have spent this time. There was enough room for people to come and visit me, and we spent our time eating BBQ food, and watching the sunset from the spa on the deck.
If you are thinking about a holiday in the area - definitely check this place out! Highly recommended.

Had an excellent weekend. A great place right on the lake with a quick walk to the beach. Incredibly peaceful. The only problem is the stay wasn't long enough.

Excellent location and facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including friendly ducks and beautiful views of the lake. Would recommend Narrabeen Lakefront Peninsular to anybody wanting a relaxing stay in the northern beaches area.

A very nice place with a lovely look out to the lake. Everything we needed was there, two big bedrooms with double beds and a smaller room also with double bed. The kitchen is well fitted out. We used the BBQ which is in a very nice back court yard area. The 7 of us were very impressed with our stay.

We had a great weekend. The house was so beautiful & cosy. A great place to just relax. We spent hours in the spa watching the ducks & feeding the birds. It was close to shops & other amenites. We loved it that much we plan to return very soon.

A beautiful house - cosy and a great place for a lovely, relaxed holiday. Comfortable beds, great bbq and entertaining area, gorgeous setting, quiet location, therapeutic hot tub - PERFECT. I could not recommend this house highly enough. You will be assured a fabulous stay!!!

Very pleasant, welcoming home in a stunning location. Great in-door/outdoor flow. Short walk to fabulous beach is a plus.Was central to all our needs, we can definitely recommend this property. Also owners very helpful and obliging.

Had a great weekend at Lakeside Peninsula. The accomodation was fantastic. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a weekend and not far to go. We had intended to eat out locally but there was so much to enjoy here that we stayed in most of the time. We will be back.

I had the most wonderful weekend away at Lakefront Peninsula. With the surf beach down the end of the road and the lagoon right on your doorstep; It was wonderful! We swam, relaxed in the spa and looked out over the view. Great restaurant down the road and overall a lovely place to stay.

The situation of the house is lovely. It has a pleasant garden,with a delightful tree for shade and views of the lake with colourful kayaks and numerous birds.

A very tidy and comfortable home that was a pleasure to stay in. All conveniences easily at hand. The garden was a great place to relax with a beautiful lawn to lay on and soak up the sun and the leafy trees provided a shady haven when the sun got too much. The outlook over the lake is serene, great sunsets!. The ducks on the lake were frequent visitors and provided hours of entertainment, The young ones are very cute! Take plenty of bread for the ducks.
The spa on the back verandah was a great way to relax at the end of the day. If you are into fishing or skiing, this is a great location to base yourself. An easy drive to the Pittwater. We found Akuna Bay provided the best access for launching our ski boat, good ramp and plenty of sheltered water.

A lovely house -well equipped and comfortable. We spent hours watching the lake -the boats, fishermen and the birds -from the comfortable outdoor setting, the spa and the lounge.

An absolutely amazing place to stay. We were so impressed and plan to return next year, if Barbara will let us. The house is neat, professional, great spa, lovely tranquil garden. All amenties for that relaxing weekend away. If you go, take swimmers as great ocean pool nearby at beach.

An absolutely delightfully appointed house in a superb location, right on the water. It is a twenty-five minutes drive to the Glen Street Theatre, where we were working for the duration of our stay. A very comfortable and relaxing home to come home to. Highly recommended!

Very pretty house in a perfect lakeside location. Loved the garden and the ducks. All the thoughtful touches ie candles around the garden and the cupboards were full of platters and table candles etc. Loved the fireplace which kept the house beautifully warm at night.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. We settled in and enjoyed the comforts of home straight away. The location is priceless. We loved watching the ducks, pelicans and other water birds that fished in our view. Very Australian!! We also enjoyed being walking distance from the local North Narrabeen Cafe the beach and kids playground and the short distance from the supermarket and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Lakeside Peninsular immensely. The accomodation was charming and commfortable. Our family felt at home immediately. The property is situated on the lake with the back yard running down to the waters edge. It was delightful to watch the variety of birds fishing for their meals each day. The location is very close to the local supermarket and a variety of cafes and restaurants. We also enjoyed being able to step out the front dooor and walk a short distance to the beaches, which are superb.

This house is in a great location, close to the beach and on the lakefront. We enjoyed watching the ducks swim past the front of the house. I would highly recommend staying at Lakefront Peninsula, particularly in the summer months, great value, very clean, fantastic location.

When you walk through the doors you feel like you have come home.Sink into the spa and watch the ducks in the lake swim past. Gorgeous neighbours,close to supermarket beach and shops. A relaxing stay.Everywhere you look there is a picture opportunity, very pretty suroundings.

We enjoyed every second at this very nice & realaxing waterfront home. The Ducks and Pelicans were just beautiful. We loved been able to take our dinghy and motor around the lake and explore the little rivers and even take ourselves via water to the cafe for breakfast! We love to stay again, Thank you for having us.

From the moment we walked into the house at Lakefront Peninsula, our expectations were surpassed. There was not one area where we were disappointed - comfortable beds, convenient kitchen, thoughtful provisions. Even when there was a whole-suburb black-out, we easily found candles and matches and could boil water on the gas-stove. The garden was a delight, during the day and at night-time too, with the provision on citronella candles. The aspect of the house would be hard to beat anywhere, and even our companion who is fussy about her mattress was overjoyed at the comfort of her bed. We have nothing but praise for all our stay at Lakefront Peninsula. Three forty-something mums have come home with our socks blessed off!
