You'll have plenty of sights and sounds to explore in the vicinity.

The modern and simple layout of the living room will allow you to relax after a busy day in the city. The space has sofas, a TV screen (you can connect your laptop with an HDMI cable) and a breakfast bar.

The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge, oven and stove, so you can easily cook a tasty meal right at home. We have also provided a toaster and kitchenware for your use.

There are 2 bedrooms for a good night's sleep in; each is completed with a double bed, fresh linens and ample storage space for your belongings.

The flat also has 2 bathrooms; one features a bathtub with an attached shower head, and the other, a walk-in shower and heated towel rack. Please note there is no hairdryer.

NOTE: The TV is available, but it only works with laptops and an HDMI is provided. There is no programming.

Guests will have access to the entire home! The keys will need to be picked up from a store about a 6 minute walk away.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Leith is a gorgeous port district filled with plenty of eateries and activities to enjoy. There are some amazing spots on Constitution Street and by the Shore, such as Chop House, The Compass and Port O'Leith.

Some of our favourite attractions in the area are Ocean Terminal shopping centre where you can visit The Royal Britannia. You can also head to Leith Links where you can stroll through or sit and have a picnic. The Shore also offers some great sights and places to eat nearby.

There are many bus links to be found at the junction of Leith Walk and Great Junction street. 5-10 mins walk across Leith links park.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
