By Water it is 10 mins from Spencer Shop and 40 mins from Brooklyn.

The National Park directly behind the cottage offers convict built roads, stunning sandstone cliffs, caves and an abundance of wildlife.

"A fantastic house - the description here really does not do it justice. The property is wondefully located and superbly equipped - for good weather or bad. My children loved swimming, fishing and canoing on the creek, which is literally at the bottom of the drive. When it rained, the games and huge DVD collection kept us all thoroughly entertained. We had a fantastic weekend at Bream Rock Cottage and will certainly be heading back there again."
