About this property

Very Spacious condominium with spectacular ocean views from the east and west end of the beach with 1,000 square feet of living space. Kitchen has been updated with a new stove, microwave, dishwasher and brand new granitie counter tops, along with marble vanaties in both bathrooms.The balcony has direct access from living room, and master bedroom. Master bedroom, living room, and balcony all have fantastic views of the Gulf front and the beautiful white sands that Panama City is famous for. We are located on the first floor for easy access to the beach and to the pet walks. We have a designated covered parking stall right next to the stairwell ,with easy access to our unit when you don't want to wait on the elevator or get out in the rain or hot sun. We are located in the Dunes of Panama Complex, Building A and there is additional parking
only a few feet away for a 2nd vehicle. Friendly, family atmosphere ensures enjoyment for guests of all ages.Pet friendly for some pets, with approval from the owners.

Everything we needed and more

Property was everything as advertised. It was my wife, myself, and out little pupster. More than enough room to be able to decompress for the week. Location is great. Close enough to be able to Doordash a lot of different restaurants. Owners have been super easy to deal with. Absolutely pleasurable experience. Would definitely stay with again.

Jane was wonderful she was quick to respond when we had questions. The view was amazing ,it suited all of our needs. Our fur baby enjoyed it too.We will definitely come back and visit again!!

Vacay 2023

A wonderful experience from beginning to end. Unit was perfect, easy access to beach and pool. Convenient to anything you could ever need, restaurants, grocery, entertainment, ice cream, and so much more. Jane and Ronald were wonderful hosts and we can’t wait to come back. I am a retired Georgia State Trooper and my wife ia a Registered Nurse. We own a farm in North west Ga above Atlanta, We have 2 children, both are grown and married and we have 3 grandchildren. We love animals and know how it is to have to leave them when you go on vacation so we are pet friendly for small pets weighing less than 40lbs; for larger animals we can try to make special arrangements and consideration.We have tried to make our unit very nice and modern, while trying to consider how hard it is to go on vacation in this current economic hard times.We ask that all of our guests make themselves at home,but to treat our home like you would your own home and to also be considerate of the guests checking in behind you.

It is safe for your children to walk around the complex and you not be afraid for their safety.We strive to keep our unit updated and nice looking for your time of enjoyment with us. We know going on vacation is expensive so we try to stay competive with our prices.

Extremely beautiful direct view of the ocean and the gorgeous white sands of Panama Beach. Very easy access to local resturants and all the ammenties that Panama City has to offer, yet quite and remote when you require that feature. Covered parking stall right next to the stairwell for quick access to the unit if you are striving to stay healthy!
