Everything we needed

Our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Our fur baby enjoyed the views from balcony and had easy access to dog park. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you!

One night stay ok.

Needed one night before joining our family for vacation. Arrived early and the host allowed us to enter earlier which was great. Building seemed ran down on outside but the room was better. There was no toiletries.. most I’ve stayed at have had shampoos or soaps. Tried to rent a chair at the beach and they were all rented by the time we went to the beach. I asked host if they supply chairs and they do not. The a/c in bedroom worked great. The a/c in the living room was not properly working. My kids stayed in the living room so I moved my infant to our room to sleep. I contacted host regarding a/c that night and we were greeted the next morning by the host who told us the a/c was working that we turned it too low and that’s why is was not working. We were not trying to get a free stay or reimbursement just wanted to let them know it was not properly working. She stated that she couldn’t have it replaced that day. I told her we were just staying for the one day and we were about to get ready to leave for the beach and pack our car. She then asked me if I knew check out was at 10 because she had a high turnover rate that day. It’s ok for one night. I wouldn’t try to fit a family of four here. Not a comfortable stay for the kids. Pool area right on the beach a plus.

Fourth of July vacation

Yes, we had a great time. We have stayed there before. It is very convenient to a lot of restaurants very clean and we’ve never had any issues. Stay in there.

Great location pet friendly

This was a great place to stay within walking distance to pier park, shops, restaurants & the dog beach. The Ambassador is pet friendly and has a cute little doggie area. I would stay again when traveling to PCB.

Great stay!

We actually did not stay in our original unit. Upon arrival we had a little issue with it and I contacted the owner. He was very prompt in responding and quickly resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction. Very pleased with the customer service and the unit we moved to was perfect. They take very good care of these units. Very clean, love the tile, and setup. I would only suggest that you bring a blanket. The bedcovering is very light weight and the sheets are a little rough after a day in the sun. Also, the pet area is very small. It would be nice to have a fenced area that the pet could roam free and do their business. They need to be able to stretch their legs after being left in a room while the owners are out and about. Overall though, we were very pleased and would stay here again.

Great place to go off season

The property was well kept. We were interested in traveling with our dog and this was a good option. The dog park area was very well kept and clean. The rooms were small but neat and comfortable. I believe the area is crowded in summer but in April it was not crowded and beach was wonderful.

Excellent views of ocean

The location was excellent with beautiful views from the balcony of the ocean, condo 206 was pretty and updated but needed to be cleaned better and the linen's smelled musty, the main bedroom needs curtains badly due the light right outside the window making it hard to sleep. The shared condo washer/dryer room had only one good of each and we wasted $ on the bad ones without realizing till afterwards and noticed the musty smell in our laundry from using them. Which I was grossed out by very much so. And although is was wonderful having a small fenced in dog park it was never mowed once during our stay and the grass was high and some owners was not cleaning up after their dogs and they even provided bags for use. Also no one told us that there would be remodeling in process right above our unit during our stay so was very unhappy about that being that we was there to relax and unwind. And we was a little uneasy about the fact that the stairwells throughout the building had support jacks to help hold them up. Although we had a great time we will definitely not stay in this building again unless the structure in completely repaired.

Vacation Getaway

This room was perfect for what we needed. It was not too high (I'm very afraid of heights lol). It was ocean front although the bedroom is on the backend and living room on the front end toward the ocean. I'd have preferred the bedroom to be on the oceanside rather than the street side due to the loud music and such that plays across the street till late at the bars/dining facilities. The outside of the facility needs some major repairs and upgrades. The main stairway was braced up (reinforced with metal and 2X4's). It appeared to be under construction but there were no repairs done in the 6 days that we were there. Over-all it was a great and relaxing getaway. The beach was awesome and not crowded at all with warm clear waters. We did see a lot of jellyfish every day we were on the beach though. I do recommend this facility, but they do desperately need to renovate the outside for safety purposes and also note that it is not handicap accessible.

Expensive but worth it!

Had a great stay literally can’t say anything bad about entire experience, if I have to have a complaint it is that shower is not strong enough! We’re removing sand here ! But the shower was beautiful ! The reason we always stay here is because it’s a pet friendly property ( not all ) but the dog owners aren’t picking up the poo like they should I mean the bags are there free to use ! Also, it’s always been affordable, but vacation was twice the price of 2021! But what isn’t these days ?? Highly recommend the unit 206! They have everything you need and it’s gorgeous !!

Absolutely Awesome

This property has everything you need - all the amenities in the room to make it like home for a week, plus on site pool, hot tub, grills and picnic tables. AND several of the units are pet friendly, which is an incredible addition. All appliances and furniture in the room were in perfect condition, couldn't find a single thing wrong honestly. Don't let the older style of the exterior building fool you, this unit is a great find!

Great cute condo

Cute updated condo, beachside that allows pets. Nice fenced in pet area. Nice pool. No management on site, but a quick response from the owner, David. Great location close to Pier Park and the dog beach. Walking distance to many restaurants. A little loud at night, due to the Karaoke bar across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, We WILL be back!

My family and I wanted to get away for the extended weekend, we did just that! The condo was recently updated, and it’s beautiful. Tile work all through the bathroom, shower has a rain bird, and water pressure was AMAZING! The overall layout is very cool, all cooking utensils are available. Pull out couch and the bed were a nice touch! The owners are fast at replying and communication was wonderful. It is on the second floor, we brought teenagers to help carry stuff up and down the steps to the beach. Overall the VIEW is absolutely breathtaking, and the condo is certainly beautiful!

Loved it

Me and my husband has not been to Panama City Beach in over 15 years. We went this past weekend and we loved it. We loved the condo and the owner was very quick on responding to me. The condo was so clean and right on the beach and you can't beat that view every morning. We will be making this a yearly thing.
