The apartment overlooking the Duomo was perfect

The property is charming and well kept, with the most gorgeous view of the Duomo from the terrace. We enjoyed breakfast there every morning. Communication was great and our host was so kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing stay in the heart of Florence.

Lucia’s house was the perfect place to discover Florence, close to station and good restaurants. There was a bit of noise from local workers at night but not too bad. Apartment was spotless and everything in working order. Would stay again, thanks Lucia!

Perfectly positioned, and beautifully presented this apartment is an absolute gem! Alessandra’s warm welcome on arrival extended to a considered and efficient introduction, ensuring we were immediately at home. While everything is on your doorstep, once inside and away to the 4th floor in the charming antique lift, it is an ideal sanctuary of calm. Our teens just loved being able to stroll around effortlessly, right in the middle of it all! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My friend and I loved staying in Gaia’s apartment, it is so close to everything and communication with her was easy and prompt. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need, the only downside was as ladies in their 60’s and 70’s the beds are a bit too firm particularly the one upstairs , other than that I would highly recommend Gaia’s apartment

Perfect location! Excellent and informative host!

The unusual layout of the apartment over 3 floors really suited our party of my husband and I with our adult daughter. The separate space and 2 bathrooms were really appreciated. It also gives the most wonderful view of the Duomo from the top floor! Probably not one for families with small children or people with mobility issues but perfect for families with older kids. Communication with Jae was first rate, she kept in contact even when our train was delayed 2 hours. Very clean and comfortable in a terrific part of Firenze with loads of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all the top attractions. Lovely.

It was a pleasure to be in an apartment that is obviously loved by it's owner. The amenities functioned well, from the air conditioning to the washing machine. There were plenty of supplies including dishwasher pellets to clothes washing detergent. The apartment was quiet and clean. Thank you Eleonora.
