Had a lovely stay in this apartment with 5 people. Beautiful and bright, lots of light and windowsComes with small kitchenette, fridge, washing machine. 3 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and ensuite, 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 single bedsPerfect location, not at all busy in the morning. On the 3rd floor so a few stairs to get up but this is fine.Right next to the Giglio vaparetto stop for easy transport. Would definitely stay again

Stepping into this apartment felt like returning home. It was clean, spacious, close to a water bus stop & had a fabulous view.I loved it.Rita was a great host & I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay away from the manic crowds, yet walking distance if you wish. Loved the local feel of the area. And do eat at “very good”.. it too is amazing.

Always sad to leave Venice but the compensation was staying in Martin’s wonderful apartment. Great location, beautifully presented and very considerate host. The bed alone deserves its own gold award!

Stefania a place was perfect for my mum and I’s week stay. Location was amazing - close to the vaporetto and Rialto Bridge while being tucked away enough to not hear the sound of suitcases constantly rolling by. Stefania was amazing - so hospitable and generous!

The perfect Venice stay!

We stayed for 2 nights and wished we had more. The location is 5 star with so many fantastic local restaurants so very close by. Even better though is the stunning courtyard which opens directly onto the canal. We started our days there drinking coffee and ended our days there with afternoon pre-dinner drinks, the perfect place to stay.

Gabriella, the host, greeted us with enthusiasm and provided useful information for our stay in Venice The apartment was very clean, well furnished and a good size for our family of four. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Great to have aircon on humid July afternoons. The apartment is well located. Everything within a twenty minute walk. Most things closer. No noise issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
