Holiday rentals near Grass Tree Circuit

The host was very kind. He had lots of amenities such as games, jigsaws and kayaks. The kitchen equipment was just perfect. Enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven as well as the fireplace. The scenery was almost surreal. The kayak was in great condition and we had fun times on it. There are lots of places to see and explore nearby which the owner was happy to help explain the whereabouts of, such as waterfalls, a bushwalk, mangroves, uninhabited island, etc. Lots of magpies... they get grumpy if you don't feed them when they visit the balcony (bird food was provided)

Great little place to unwind and enjoy all things mother nature has on offer. Highly recommended.

Ideal property to escape the busy week. Tidal jetty meant only access was on high tide which was a novelty. Fishing was amazing - caught heaps of flathead and had a great cook up. Loved sitting in the Boatshed with a nice breeze through it. Amazing views and would highly recommend. Only watch out is the number of steps up to the property - suitable for those able to climb stairs, which we all were. Perfect getaway.

This cottage is very beautiful, homely, peaceful and serene especially for a family with 2 young kids like us. Surrounding nature is awesome and suitable for kids to run around. Deb and Peter are really awesome hosts who will go all the way out to make your stay as homely as possible. Appreciate them reaching out to my wife to see of any help required especially when I have to leave for the US in between for a week of work. Wonderful 2-storey house situated on a riverfront. We spent quite a bit of time sitting on the upstairs balcony with our drinks watching the boats, birds and schools of jumping fish pass by. I also had a turn at fishing off the BBQ deck downstairs and kept losing my bait to the fish! The house was very clean and contained everything we needed. Just bring your clothes, food and drinks. There are 2 restaurants and boat hire just a short walk away. Access to the covered carport is via a short steep driveway just past Cowan Drive, then hop into a carriage cage with your bags and take the slow (but fun) ride down the rails to the house.

A very simple process to rent this river house. We were greeted by the owners on arrival, and instantly felt at home here. Our aim was to do some fishing, and we were delighted to catch many decent sized flathead, and several bream, regardless of the recent floods. Beds were comfy, showers were lovely, and the kitchen well appointed.. We would happily recommend this property

This place was absolutely gorgeous. The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, roomy and had a very well equipped kitchen, which was great as we did a fair amount of cooking! The location is stunning - having the view of the lagoon was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The area is quite, and the beach is 5 minutes away. This was a special weekend away for a close group of friends to celebrate two big birthdays. We couldn't have picked a better spot or property – everyone said this multiple times! It really felt like a home to us and it was hard to say goodbye. We hope to visit again in the future.

Amazing.. great location.. awesome accommodation and communication with owner.. nothing a problem advice on places to see and do.. transport connections etc. Highly recommended. Will visit again!!
