"Can Bandera SunRise" is a traditional country villa of Majorcan character and with classic / modern styling inside. A spacious and newly re-designed house, located in a wonderful space surrounded by natural trees in a quiet place, but at the same time only 15 minutes walk from Pollensa.

The house has 3 double bedrooms (with air conditioning / heating), a living / dining room, 2 bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, 2 terraces, BBQ, and a swimming pool with sun beds surrounded by gardens and grass lawn.
Inside: There are 2 pretty bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (full-size bed), and other double bedrooms with two single beds (that can be easily converted into a double / full-size bed). The whole house is at ground level; the bedrooms share two 1 bathroom. The House It's light with white walls and modern furniture. In the living / dining room, there's a comfortable seating area with satellite television, DVD, and a fireplace. The kitchen has appliances including a freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Wiffi is available on the whole house and garden.

Outside: "Can Bandera SunSut" is surrounded by lovely garden and flowers, lots of grass lawn space, with a new swimming pool (ground level) and sun beds. There's also a barbecue area. FLORA: There are palms and great variety of Mediterranean plants: cactus, Ficus, Fig trees, Vines, ornamental plants - Yucca, and carob trees.

Surrounding Area: This enchanting villa is located in Cuxach area; The Villa has beautiful views of the mountains and forest around Pollença, and you do not see any other villas from the House. It's only 15 minutes walk from Pollensa in t'he main Road from Pollensa to Port de Pollensa, close to the bigs supermarkets (2 min). Beaches and the sea are just a short drive away at Puerto Pollensa and Cala Sant Vicenç (5 km). It's located in a very pretty area of gentle countryside, ideal for cycling and walking. There is a bike trail directly from the House to Port de Pollensa Beach (15 min by Bike) and directly to Pollensa (5 min by Bike).

About the house there is only an adjacent but separated house. We are really careful about our guests, and when you are in the village you feel in a private and calm place ... besides there are a wall and a fence with protection to avoid being seen from the garden and the swimming pool, feeling in a private room Beyond this, from the house you do not see any other villages and the views are like if you were in the middle of the field, surrounded by trees and you can see the mountains from the garden and swimming pool.
