It is comfortable and ideal for a quiet family holiday. The rooms have hot and cold air,
In addition to a large dining room with fireplace, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the back of the house is the pool, the barbecue and two large terraces with a splendid garden and the mountains in the background.
All this landscape will delight young and old. It also has a private garage.

Pollensa house

Property as in photographs needs some modernisation. Plenty of space inside and outside. Close to town and a short drive to beeches.

A lovely Summer Holiday

We have thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Can Sureda, it was very relaxing and very easy to get to different towns and supermarkets. Jeronima was a lovely host and was happy to answer any questions that we had. We will definitely return. Thank you

Schöne zweckmäßige Finca, toller Pool. Überraschenderweise waren sogar 4 Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Bestechend die Lage-Nähe zum Ort Pollenca (1,2 km Fußweg zur Ortsmitte).Die Eigentümerin war sehr hilfreich und begrüßte uns herzlich.

In erster Linie muss man sagen, dass die Lage des Hauses wunderbar ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände sind schnell und unkompliziert mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. Zum Haus selbst kann ich leider nicht viel gutes sagen. Die Einrichtung ist komplett veraltet und abgewohnt. Die Küche ist ,,ok“ ausgestattet. Die Bäder von denen zwei vorhanden sind, wurden wohl vor einiger schlecht renoviert. Ansonsten sieht es aus es tut mir leid als würden die Möbel vom Sperrmüll zusammen getragen wurden sein. Bei den Matratzen kann man leider nicht mehr von Matratzen sprechen, alle wirklich alle durchgelegen und ich bin wirklich nicht wählerisch aber sowas hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Sauberkeit ließ auch im Bad vor allem an den Wänden zu wünschen übrig. Der Außenbereich ist soweit gut mit großer Terrasse und einer Tischtennisplatte. Auch ein alter, aber gepflegter großer Pool ist vorhanden. Eine Außendusche fehlt leider. Ansonsten laufen ab und an Hühner übers Grundstück und ein Hahn kräht ab und an, was ich sympathisch finde. Der Check in war schlecht organisiert uns wurde nichts gezeigt oder erklärt.

Siempre somos muy respetuosos con las opiniones de los huéspedes e intentamos mejorar a partir de sus comentarios constructivos. Ahora bien, en esta ocasión, por suerte la reserva solo fue de cuatro días. A la hora de ir a hacer la limpieza de la salida, nos encontramos con la basura y los platos sucios de los cuatro días. La casa estaba más sucia en cuatro días que con huéspedes que se hospedan durante dos semanas. Además, los muebles y colchones han sido cambiados en esta misma temporada, por lo tanto, son absolutamente nuevos y de una tienda mallorquina especializada.
