About the host
Hosted by Helen Farthing

Hello, I'm Helen, I deal with all inquiries and I keep the Boathouse to a high standard. I am continually tweaking the property to make sure your stay is comfortable and memorable.
I moved to the Lake District in 1989 from Lincolnshire and I still marvel at the views. I enjoy being outside and make use of the lake and mountains.

Why they chose this property
The Boat House was originally the home for a gentleman's launch.
We have lovingly restored the Boat House and created luxury, all on one level accommodation to the Lake District in a truly unique and memorable home. Just as the original builders intended.
I hope you enjoy the Boat House and the Lake District as much as my family and I do. They really are a special place to make memories.
