One of the best kept secrets along 30a, Seacrest Beach & the Lagoon Pool ! Seacrest sits between Rosemary Beach with breathtaking west indies architecture and the new Alys Beach, a Bermuda style theme. Both featuring some amazing shops and restaurants, coffee bars, wine and high end bourbon and cognac pubs. Private Beach Access is a must when vacationing on 30A and Seacrest has it! An easy walk from the house as well. This home just under went a complete renovation in Jan 2023 with an incredible Chefs Kitchen. This home has all new flooring, every bathroom has been completely redone, all new linens/bedding. the Kitchen is amazing and the new king bathroom and shower area are exquisite. Two King Suites upstairs with full baths, balconies, queen suite first floor and kids room with 2 bunks ( for 4 kiddos)
The Seacrest Beach Lagoon Pool, a 13000 sq ft multi level pool that streams through Seacrest is an amazing architectural marvel. The pool was just featured in Southern Living Magazine. Our Pool Deck House is one of only ten homes that sit right on this pool with your own private gate. You can walk to the beach from our house or take the free beach tram that will pick you up at your front door and take you to the beach, just 1 block away. Once parked in your private drive, you really do not need your car again as you can walk or bike everywhere from our pool deck house. Your just steps away from some of 30As best dining spots, live outdoor music nightly during season, and just a wonderful area to walk around with the family and so many sites to see. House includes YOLO bikes, and PS3 game system for Kiddos, smart Tvs for bigger kids.
Location Location, yes, You can not beat the location of this house. It really does not get any better then this. Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach shops and Restaurants are all just a few steps from our door. Beach access is 100 yards. Great restaurants and the 30A Bike trail is right outside where you can bike to Seaside for lunch. We think once you vacation in this home and in this area, youll never go anywhere else. Wonderful vacation

We have gone down to 30A for many years and this has been one of the best places we have stayed. The home was in a perfect location - close to the beach, pool, and shopping, it was clean, and the host was very responsive. We will be back and would love to stay at this property again,

This property is beautiful and well maintained! The location is perfect…. Literally steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants! The Burkes were great about getting back to us when we had any questions. Great place for a family vacation!

Spring Break Perfection

Upon arrival, we had no problems with check-in instructions and the house was very clean and ready for us, which was nice after a long drive in. The community is in a great location where we could easily visit Rosemary and Alys beach by foot or bike with our 3, 4, and 5 year old. The beach was stunning and a short walk or tram ride away. We found the house had everything we needed and the kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped (compared to other rental properties we have stayed at). We had 3 generations staying in the house and the location near the pool was very convenient. Needed to contact the host once during our stay and they were responsive and attentive. Would absolutely recommend!

Vacation with friends at Seacrest

The highlights of this property will give you the best vacation ever! This beautiful home is located just a couple of steps from the sparkling clean, amazing resort style pool. The gorgeous private, sugar white sand beach is directly across the street and the tram service will pick you up and take you right to the entry of the beach access. The home was clean, and well maintained, we loved the large flat screen tv’s and the owner’s suite was very spacious with sitting area and a newly updated owner’s bath, featuring a freestanding soaking tub, large oversized walk in shower with dual overhead and wall rain shower heads. The fully equipped kitchen was also recently updated. At this location you are only minutes away from some of the best dining and shopping establishments in the Rosemary beach location. Really enjoyed and plan to come back again real soon!

Great Location!

We we really loved our stay at this house. Its the perfect location to the pool and the town center. We could easily walk to the beach or catch the trolley. The only complaint we had was that a few of the amenities were broken or not working. The owners were quick to help us solve them but we had to work our schedule around it. Overall not a huge deal but still an inconvenience. We appreciated their quick replies but again we had to help get things moved around and it took up some of our time. We would recommend a stay here and hopefully the owners will look in to making sure everything is updated and working.

Beautiful home and community

We had a great time! The house is super cute in a great location right at the large lagoon pool. There is also a large grass lawn for the kids to play football, baseball, etc... We were able to ride bikes to the village for lunch and ice cream and they had music for the kids to dance to in the evening. It was very easy to get a tram to the beach. They are constantly circling the neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was plenty big enough for 2 families. Great family community. The kids were never bored.

What a great house! We have rented a lot of homes along 30A, but this one has the best location! The seacrest Lagoon Pool is amazing and this house connects to the pool. Our kids loved the fact that you could open the back door and the pool was right there. We walked to the beach & the water was crystal clear & the sand was white as can be. We also walked to some great restaurants at Rosemary & Seacrest. House was very clean & well stocked. Beds were comfy too! We'll definitely be back.

Quite an amazing house

WOW, we had the privilege of staying in this house last week. This was by far the cleanest and well kept home that we have stayed in over the last few years along 30a. Location was really cool as it was right on the pool deck and had its own private gate that you could open up and your were right on the pool. We walked everywhere. We were just a block to the beach but we chose to take the beach tram which was fun for the kids. We walked over to Rosemary Beach which was really close and we hit a few of there restaurants which were fabulous. We used the bikes one day and we biked into Seaside and had lunch. That was a awesome ride along 30a as we saw some very cool wildlife and beautiful scenery along the way. I would recommend this house to any families looking to stay along 30a. The Burkes were great to work with and we will definitely rent this house again.
