Our apartment is located in the heart of Aiguillon, a picturesque area between the towns of Arcachon and La Teste de Buch.
It is a T2 of 44m ² classified, including a nice stay decorated with a small terrace where you will be able to eat up to 4 people; a US kitchen equipped with low cupboards, drawers, shelves, washing machine, microwave oven, electric hob and crockery.
In the living room, you will find a sofa bed with chaise longue for 2 people, a table with 4 chairs and a TV.
The night is the opposite of this apartment crossing: the room is composed of a double bed of 140 canopy, with quality bedding. Duvets, pillows, blankets are provided, except sheets and covers. There are two bedside tables and a large closet
A central corridor serves on one side the toilet, and on the other, the bathroom consists of a vanity unit with wall cabinet, a shower and shelves for your towels.
Private parking is reserved for you
It is an ideal apartment to stay as a couple alone or with a family with one or two children. Your pets are accepted if they are small
Ideally placed on the basin, in front of the access channel to the small port of La Hume, you can enjoy the tranquility, privacy and charm of this exceptional place in the middle of its beautiful surrounding nature ... in all seasons ... You will walk in the small oyster-farming ports around or enjoy a sweet evening on the terrace, around a plate of oysters that you ordered from the producer at 50 meters down the residence. You will also enjoy the breakfasts, watching the boats go by, but also the swans, the egrets, the herons that bask on the calm waters of the channel. The apartment, located on the first floor, is oriented southeast, and enjoys an exceptional sunshine and softness in all seasons: protected from the prevailing winds of west and north, even the months are pleasant and you will sometimes even find yourself having lunch on the terrace in December or January. At the same time quiet, this place is nonetheless very central, a few minutes from shops and department stores, the small center of the 'village' of Aiguillon or the heart of Arcachon and its animations, with its shops, parks, museum. cinema, theater, casino, restaurants ... You can travel by car of course but also by bike or thanks to the Eho, this small electric bus that connects the Aiguillon to the center of Arcachon, the train station, or even the beaches of Moulleau. For lovers of waves, idleness or surfing, the ocean beaches are easily accessible, by bus from the station, or of course by car on the fast lane accessible a few minutes away and avoiding to go through the center Arcachon. You can also walk around the huts, read on the small intimate beach at the bottom of the residence, stroll in the salt pans, in front of the residence. You can take the car to discover the ports of Gujan, discover the Tech Ornithological Park, or a shuttle boat on the Thiers jetty in the morning, en route to discover the other facet of the basin: the wild Cap Ferret and the magnificent sunsets on the dune of Pyla.
The car is not necessarily essential and according to your desires, you could do without a whole week.
