Newly built modern Villa Primavera with infinity pool is situated in the vicinity of Dubrovnik and only 1,6 km from the sea.Villa Primavera has a spacious pool area and badminton court.The villa Primavera has 5 bedrooms with king size beds and 5 en-suite bathrooms with shower. On the ground floor, you can find the living area an fully equipped kitchen. From here you can exit to the pool, terrace, barbecue and outdoor dining area. On the ground floor is also one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and shared toilet.On the first floor are the remaining 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony and a charming view or the greenery which surrounds the villa.The Old Town of Dubrovnik can be reached within a 10-minute car ride. The beautiful beach is 25 minutes walk from the villa. Nearby are nice restaurants and bars.Villa has all the facilities to complete any holiday dream.
