Villa Cenami on hilltop - Alba apartment - big POOL with view near by seaside

Comfortable and spacious holiday flat located on the top floor with incredible views of the sea and mountains. Traditional Tuscan touches such as exposed beam ceilings, terra cotta floors and tiled bathrooms are enhanced with comfortable furnishings. Fully outfitted kitchen is open to the dining area and large living room. Free wi-fi is provided throughout the grounds. There is a laundry room on site. Shared pool is spacious with incredible views of both the hillside and Viareggio coast. Surrounded by several different gardens there is ample space to enjoy outdoor activities and outdoor dining. BBQ grills and equipment are provided as are umbrellas and tables for dining al fresco. Extremely family friendly with baby cots available as well as high chairs and toys for children of all ages.


We consider our holiday flat ideal for families with children of all ages. The apartment is clean, comfortable and visually appealing without the addition of pricy antiques or irreplaceable furniture. The villa is located just minutes from the seaside resort town of Viareggio with kilometers of sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants of all types and many different nature parks and outdoor activities. With the famous towns of Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Cinqueterre and more close by we have the perfect location for both relaxing by the pool or getting out and seeing the beauty of Tuscany and beyond. The pool at the villa is a favorite spot for our guests, as is the terraced citrus garden with gazebos, tables and chairs and bbq grills for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Excellent summer vacations!!!

The property was simply spectacular! Villa Cenami and its surroundings were well maintained. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Special mention to Courtney for being an excellent hostess and trip advisor. She knew the area really well and gave us great information for planning our day trips. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Villa Cenami and will recommend it to anyone who wants to spend time in the beautiful Versilia region.

Fin beliggenhet og perfekt uteareale

Kort vei til fin strand og ikke for langt med bil til severdigheter som Pisa, Lucca, Firenze, øyen Elba og cinque herre. Ved villaen er det flott og rent basseng. Rett ved bassenget har man griller og fint spiseområde. Du må nok ha bil når du bor her. Vi var 2 voksne med 3 barn i alderen 7 til 11 år. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake😊

Tuscany like it is supposed to be

Spend an one week holiday with 3 kids enjoying in Villa Cenami; a large typical Toscanian domain surrounded by olive trees, equipped with a fantastic swimming pool. Clean apartment, equipped with basic needs (incl. dishwasher), 2 bathrooms. Staff is at any moment at disposal and highly supportive. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Cenami and will recommend it to anyone. The location and the great area of Viareggio are worth visiting.

Lovely place in wonderful Tuscany

Our family of 4 (children of 10 and 14) had a lovely stay at Villa Cenami in july 2013. The place is fantastic. Very nice and quiet and in beautiful sorroundings. It was very comfortable that they have made barbequeplaces outside for each apartment, and that there was always room by the pool. (Two lounge chairs, one bed and one chair for each apartment by the pool) We had a large apartment with two bathrooms and kitchen. Nice. The Villa is a bit on the countryside, so you would need a car. You would need to know that there is no restaurant or bar at the villa, but there are shops nearby. I really recommend Villa Cenami.

We sometimes have requests from guests who are looking for a place to stay where they can walk to everything, Villa Cenami is not in such a location. While there are several bars or restaurants within walking distance we are a bit up the hill and it is not exactly a leisurely stroll, so with that in mind we always recommend a car for guests who wish to stay with us. We are happiest when guests arrive and find the Villa to be exactly what they expected or better so it is good that the countryside location is mentioned. A great stay at Villa Cenami !

Arriving at Villa Cenami is like stepping back in time. The relaxing atmosphere, the beautifull views, a quality appartment and nice staff that is always available to give you hints and tips to make your stay in Tuscani a stay to remember. We really would recommend families looking for a perfect spot and starting point to explore Tuscani but also being able to spend time at the beach in Viareggio to book a stay at the Villa. Excellent holiday!

We had a fantastic time at the Villa Cenami! The property is beautiful and totally holds up to its promises. The apartment was great, the pool and outdoor dining areas fabulous! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I definitively recommend a stay at Villa Cenami!
