Beautiful penthouse for rent

The penthouse of El Mirador de Villamartin has an entrance hall, a large living room with an open kitchen with cooking island, a spacious terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large roof terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary comfort: oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. The boiler and washing machine are in a separate storage room.
The terrace overlooks the garden with swimming pool and the sea. On the terrace is a terrace table with chairs (expandable from 4 to max. 6 people). Wonderful to have breakfast in the morning sun.
The penthouse has 2 spacious bedrooms each with a king size double bed, cupboards and extra storage space under 1 of the beds. There is a built-in safe in the master bedroom. The two bedrooms each have a bathroom with toilet, rain and hand shower with shower screen, sink, mirror, towel hangers and closet.
The roof terrace offers the necessary privacy for sunbathing. In addition to the comfortable loungers, there is also a retractable awning to protect you from the sun and heat. In the storage room on the roof terrace there is an extra spacious shower and a refrigerator.
The living area has air conditioning and the entire penthouse has Wifi. In the living room there is a smart TV with access to most international channels via TV-Vlaanderen.
There is also a fixed parking space within the complex.
The penthouse is for a maximum of 4 (adult) people.
Pets are not allowed in the penthouse and the apartment is non-smoking.

Nice apartment

Nice and clean apartment in a calm and relaxing environment. Two bedrooms with separate bathrooms was really good as was the big balcony and the roof terrace.

très belle location

Belle location mais à l'arrivée le gérant voulait que l'on attende 5 heures avant d'avoir l'appartement car il devait aller au restaurant. comme nous lui avons dis que c'était pas possible il a envoyé quelqu'un d'autre avec les clés. et la veille du début il est venu sonné pour nous dire que l'on devait partir le lendemain.

L'Heure d'arrivée que vous meme avez indiquée était 17.00h. Si vous etes retardé, vous devez informer l'homme aux clés aussi vite que possible ! L'homme aux clés vous attend 2 heures avant de partir. A votre arriveé vous l'avez finalement recontacté , a ce moment la, il se trouvait dans un restaurant avec sa femme. Il a tout suite téléphoné son frère, de lui récuperer les clés et de les rapporter des que possible ! l'Heure d'arrivée que vous meme avvez indiquée était
