Located in a quiet residential area with its cul-covered terrace facing south you will enjoy a view of the Albères, last spur of the Pyrenees flowing into the Mediterranean. You will enjoy the long, warm summer evenings. The living room opens onto the garden to the south and west, and the west side room. A walk of less than 10 minutes will take you to the city center and its attractions and its market of Sundays and Wednesdays and beaches.
If you enjoy walking, you have access to many trails and vine routes from your rental.
The apartment is well equipped and has air conditioning. Your rest will be preserved and you will be woken by birdsong. Is not this the holidays with a nap under the palm tree of the garden?

Access to the beach and the village center can be done by a cemented road along the creek outside the DOUI traffic

Absolutely tops

Wonderful character property in a peaceful residential area. The stunning garden is fully fenced in and perfect for relaxing in after hiking in the vineyards, reached in 5 minutes from the house. Lazing amongst the flowers and generally relaxing in this garden oasis was heavenly and enjoyed by the 2 of us and our dog. The pretty Collioure with its restaurants, shops and beaches is only a 20-minute stroll away, along a paved pathway next to a stream. No need to find a parking space, everything can be done on foot. Worth a mention is also the large beautiful shower. The proprietor is a most generous and helpful host. Everything was just perfect. We will certainly be back for another visit!!

Wonderful private spot on the edge of Collioure

Excellent quiet spot with a wonderful private garden for our use. The apartment was as advertised and had everything we needed for the 2 of us over our 10 day Easter Break and the fenced in garden was perfect for our young dog. We didn't have the weather to be sitting out much but the garden was wonderful to sit under the palm tree and enjoy the views. The Collioure beachfront and lovely town center with an excellent choice of restaurants/bars/shops was a nice 10 minute walk and in 2 minutes we were among the vineyards for walking our dog. Being in a quiet residential area, it was nice to be away from the main tourist area. We did a lot of cycling and it made an excellent base for coastal and mountain rides plus there is lots to explore in the area. The owner who has the top floor was not there but the communication was perfect and he made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Séjour très agréable malgré un vent très coriace. De nombreuses balades sont à faire à pied ou à vélo, quantité de sites dont l’histoire est à découvrir. Une ville sublime à ne pas manquer.

Bezauberndes Colliure

Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem reizenden Haus mit seinem traumhaft schönen Garten und dem sehr netten Hausherrn. Der eingezäunte mediterrane Garten war auch für unsere Hunde ideal. Centre Ville in 15 Minuten zu Fuß durch ein Flussbett gut erreichbar. Colliure ist ein traumhaft schönes Dörfchen mit bezauberndem Ambiente. Die Umgebung war uns Ausflüge wert.

Bien situé à 10 mn à pied de Collioure. Quartier qui aurait pu être calme s’il n’y avait pas eu de travaux dans la maison d’à côté, du coup nous n’avons pas vraiment profité de la terrasse. Ameublement et décoration bric à brac. Électroménager en partie dans un garage capharnaüm et frigo rouillé. Le propriétaire occupe l’étage supérieur. Vous pourrez profiter de ses conversations, du carillon de son horloge et de ses chasses d’eau. Surface très juste pour deux personnes.

Je vous remercie pour cette appréciation laquelle diverge largement de toutes les précédentes qui m’ont été envoyées. Je ne suis pas responsable des bruits résultant de travaux dans le voisinage. Si j’avais été informé de la présence de rouille dans le frigidaire, j’aurais immédiatement procédé à son remplacement, tout comme je l’ai fait lorsque vous avez cassé un fauteuil relax " LAFUMA" sans demander réparation. Il est surprenant que du mobilier en teck puisse être qualifié de bric-à-brac. La pendule est arrêtée toutes les nuits afin de laisser tout le monde se reposer, et vivant seul, je ne puis avoir d’autre conversation qu’avec moi-même ! Les services de l’État ont procédé en 2021 au classement 3 étoiles de cette location avec une capacité de 4 personnes.

Séjour paradisiaque sur les hauteurs de Collioure

La location en rez-de-chaussée dans la maison de Michel Lagarrigue offre tout le confort souhaitable pour passer un très agréable séjour. Le jardin est magnifique et notre chatte en a profité un maximum! Nous sommes à 20 minutes du centre de Collioure, ce qui est fort appréciable,car trouver une place de parking dans cette ville relève de l'exploit impossible! A good place for a quiet break and lots of exercise

The property is in a peaceful area of a busy town and has the great advantage of pleasant outside space and of private parking. It meets the description given online and has everything necessary for two people to have a good break in a fashionable Mediterannean town. The shower room is particularly good. The bedroom is simple but fine. The living and cooking space is quite compact, though this is not a big problem given the terrace outside. It is worth noting that although the advert says that bed-linen is provided the small print states that there is an extra charge for this and for towels.

Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillant. Belle maison au calme avec un petit jardin magnifique ( notre chat aussi a adoré) . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir descendre au centre ville de Collioure directement à pied en passant par le "ravin" vu les difficultés de stationnement. Nous conseillons de demander au propriétaire le descriptif détaillé de la location nettement plus précis que celui donné par Abritel . (Parfait pour deux sinon lit abattant dans la piéce principale ce qui réduit alors l'espace disponible ) Nous reviendrions avec grand plaisir.

Ein in allen Belangen gelungener Urlaub im wohl schönsten Städtchen an der Cote Vermeille. Die Unterkunft war zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet, WLan und deutsches SAT-TV inklusive. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war Gold wert! Das frühstücken auf der überdachten Terrasse war ein Genuss. Alles in Allem nur zu empfehlen! *****
