Location, location, location. Exactly where we wanted to be on the beach. About a 15 minute walk from the foodie hub in the old town, which was fine because San Sebastian is such a lovely town.
Location could not have been better! Views of the beach are extremely relaxing. We were close to old town. Easy to get around. Would definitely recommend!

Apartaments fantástico
Inmejorables vistas, situación perfecta y buen servicio.
Let me start by saying that check-in was very easy and the location is unbeatable. The front living space is very pretty and comfortable. The bedrooms all had a funny smell which just made us question the cleanliness. Also only sheets on the bed with comforters in the closet with no cover on them but that might not bother others. All in all it was a good stay but the smell was a turn off.
The views from this apartment are breathtaking and it's a fabulous location to explore San Sebastian beach and town. However, due to the damp climate, the bedrooms had a terrible odor of mildew, and the clothes on drying rack in courtyard never dried. This made sleeping unpleasant.
The property was clean and has a wonderful view. It is my personal favorite location in San Sebastián.
It would be nice to have the kitchen a little stocked with some essentials. Good news is grocery is right next door.
Will definitely return.

El apartamento está situado en un gran sitio, la plaza de aparcamiento está cerca, pero el apartame
Property had stellar view of San Sebastian beach....and that is where the positive impression ends. The manager was insensitive, the property was modest, there was a smell in the kitchen, plastic table cloth, no nice dining pieces, mattress creaked, cleanliness of apartment was sub-standard. The manager, as opposed to meeting us at the apartment and helping us get oriented personally, left photos, emails and made us walk to his office to get the key. We are all seniors...we were very tired and confused as to parking and location. Photos were inadequate. This is one of the worst experiences we've had with vrbo - we have rented multiple times, had very positive experiences with the managers and the properties. Do not recommend.

What a delight looking out on la Concha
It was beautiful descending from the mountains South of Donostia/San Sebastian down to the urban center and beach. The sight of the Bay of Biscay and especially the view from the second floor of this property were quintessential. The promenade rolls out in both directions below, the view of the bay, Monte Igueldo, Santa Clara Island and Monte Urgull is captivating.
The apartment is exactly as described. Comfortable, all the essentials. The building is quiet, in spite of all interior walls in the entry and throughout much of the building being completely covered by marble. The washing machine was perfect, and the kitchen opened onto the floor of the building's atrium where I hung my clothes to dry. The cross walk to the promenade is right outside the front door. We felt very comfortable walking on the promenade as the streets were full of peole until past 11 PM. The tappas and Pintxos were superb. These petite gourmet snacks were everywhere. We saw so many bars that had the full spread of these little plates out for your selection, they all looked inter-changable. Each tappas bar we tried was consistently excellent.
The apartment was a perfect location from which to explore Donostia/San Sebastian.
The property has a excellent view of Concha Bay and sits on the major street on the bay. Luckily, the bedrooms are in the back so street noise is not an issue. The kitchen is bare of any cooking essentials (salt, pepper, coffee, sugar). Luckily there is a grocery store right next door. We were blessed with excellent weather. We heard that the summer was cloudy this year so we felt very fortunate. The apartment is 22 minute walk to old town (pinxtos) and same distance the other way to Mt. Igueldo funicular. Taxi is also an option. Apartment is comfortable and as pictured. Very modern. Do not expect heat/cool during the summer. San Sebastian is an expensive Spanish town and be prepared to pay. But it is a very classy town. no beach hawkers or noisy wave runners. Try the nearby spa, La Perla. Excellent and reasonable prices.
My husband and I and our two adult children loved the view and location of this property. It was a little noisy with construction and traffic noise, but still enjoyable. The front rooms with the dining and living rooms were beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The bathrooms and bedrooms were nice but not terribly functional. We did not use the kitchen.
Overall we give this property high marks.
We loved our week in San Sebastian the apartment was centrally located, super close to the beach. The only negative is we reached out ahead of time to ask if they had a dryer and beach towels, were told yes but the apartment had neither.
