Completely renovated, air-conditioned and furnished apartment located on the attic floor of a private condominium (4th P). Two-room apartment of about 30 square meters, consisting of two separate units separated from the balcony with one bedroom double or twin beds and bathroom with shower and the other room with kitchen, table and sofa bed.
Both units overlook two large private terraces, a view of the Apuan Alps, the other side sea
There is no elevator.
The apartment has private parking and remote gate access.

It was a wonderful time in the apartment. We were also very well looked after during our stay. The apartment is very well maintained, clean and quiet. Even the neighbors have given us a very warm welcome. It was a lot of fun. Thank you very much dear Alessandra for this beautiful holiday.

Saubere, schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung war genauso, wie wir sie erwartet hatten. Unsere Vermieterin war immer gut zu erreichen und hatte gute Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants. Dass die Wohnung durch das Treppenhaus geteilt ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Der Strand ist in ein paar Metern zu erreichen, mit ein paar Fahrminuten ist man auch schnell in den Bergen. Gerne wieder!

Sehr nah zum Strand, aber...

...ein Appartement, das eigentlich aus zwei durch das - öffentliche - Treppenhaus getrennten Zimmern besteht. Am Schlafzimmer ist das Bad, so dass diejenigen, die auf der brauchbaren Schlafcouch in der Küche schlafen, morgens den Treppenabsatz überqueren müssen, um ins Bad zu gelangen. Dieses wichtige Detail zur Aufteilung der Wohnung fehlt im Inserat und lässt sich auch aus den Fotos nicht wirklich erschließen. Sehr reaktive und freundliche Kommunikation mit Alessandra, der Vermieterin. Pros: Der Strand mit Bar und einem großen freien Teil ist keine drei Minuten zu Fuß. Beide Terrassen sind riesig, die vordere mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht vor Marina di Carrara inklusive der nach La Spezia einlaufenden Kreuzfahrt- und Containerriesen. Die hintere bietet das Panorama der apuanischen Alpen mit den Steinbrüchen von Carrara. Alessandra brachte auf Nachfrage umgehend ein zweites Set Bettbezüge, damit wir die Schlafcouch nutzen konnten, ohne das im Vorfeld abgesprochen zu haben.. Neutral: Böden sauber bei Ankunft, Küchenschränke nur teilweise. Ameisen in der Küche, die sich auch mit Ködern nicht beseitigen lassen. Der Sonnenschirm war samt Ständer weggeweht worden und konnte offenbar nicht direkt ersetzt werden - das schränkte die Nutzung der Terrassen tagsüber nicht unerheblich ein. Negativ: die Matratzen, deutlich unter 10 cm dünn. Je nach Gewicht spürt man die Holzlatten des Betts durch (einen Federholz-Lattenrost gibt es nicht). Für eine Woche zu zweit brauchbar.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito e le proprietarie sono state disponibili. Inoltre la posizione è ottima e abbiamo potuto spostarci sempre a piedi. Bellissima la vista dalle terrazze

Great view and beach

+: beach is just few minutes walk, great views from both of the terraces, private parking, appartment is clean, nicely furnished and renovated. Well equipped for living and cooking. Stayed ~3 weeks and didn't have any issues Location itself is very convenient, not far from many famous tourist attractions (Cinque Terre, Pisa etc) Owners are nice and friendly, always reachable Pets allowed was also a big plus for me -: and that was only for me as I was also working remotely few days, there is no wifi and area has very poor cell network. I was searching for an apartment with wifi on this site and no idea how it showed me this one. So I had several very stresfull work days ... But if going for a vacation and not work, it is a great place to stay and enjoy this beatiful country

Super! Wie beschrieben

es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Alles war frisch, sauber und so wie beschrieben: zwei riesige Terrassen mit Ausblick auf die Bergen und auf das Meer, Ausstattung wie beschrieben, alles TipTop. D.Strand (auch kostenloser) ist in nur Paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Strand ist super - sandig, teilweise sehr flach. Vieles ist leicht mit dem Auto - aber auch mit dem Buss - erreichbar. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super einfach, freundlich und nett. Gerne wieder mal!
