We rent a holiday home in a marvelous place by the sea with a panoramic swimming pool and exclusive equipped beach resort all included in the price (also bar and restaurant on the beach - restaurant also open in the evening) facing a wonderful sea view. It overlooks the blue sea and offers a breathtaking sea view from its terrace. Elisetta's house is suitable for a family with 2 or 3 children. The large terrace is equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and chairs and sun loungers if you like to enjoy the sun and the sea. There is also a practical outdoor barbecue. You can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace and dinner in the evening under a starry sky that is reflected on the sparkling sea. Not only exclusive equipped beach (umbrella, two beach beds and two beds and internet service on the beach) but also a fantastic panoramic swimming pool and equipped solarium near the house. Also a practical shuttle service to the beach every 15 minutes. Everything is included in the price. On the beach - exclusive beach resort - with restaurant and bar open from the end of May to the end of September. At home you have your private parking in front of the house. In Cala Piccola you can find an ideal place for your complete relaxation with lots of privacy and breathtaking views of the sparkling blue of the Mediterranean.

In the price you not only rent the holiday home but also:
- Use of the panoramic swimming pool with solarium
- Exclusive beach club with sun beds, weddings and parasol
- Shuttle service to the beach every 15 minutes
- Bed linen and towels
- Private parking in front of the house

Wunderbar entspannt

Wir durften eine sehr entspannte Woche erleben:Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber (dank Elisetta) und gemütlich eingerichtet. In den Schlafzimmern gibt es Mückengitter an den Fenstern und die Klimanlage (in beiden Schlafzimmern und im Wohn-/Küchenbereich) funktionieren tadellos und die Terrasse mit kleiner Markise, Sonnenschirm Sitzgelegenheiten und zwei Sonnenliegen ist großzügig angelegt und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.Der Pool ist von 9-20 Uhr zugänglich und super gepflegt.In dieser Woche gab es noch keinen Shuttle zum "Strand", aber wir konnten mit dem Auto hinfahren und dort kostenlos parken. Ab Juli steht Shuttle zur Verfügung. Am "Strand" (felsige Bucht) gibt es einen Sonnenschirm mit 2 Liegen und einer Liegematte. Das Wasser ist sehr klar und Schwimminseln, Schwimmnudeln und sowas stehen zur Verfügung. Für kleine Kinder gibt es einen winzigen Kiesbereich. Unser SuP durften wir aufgeblasen dort lagern (nachts ist das Strandbad abgeschlossen).Zum Einkaufen muss man nach Porto Santo Stefano fahren.Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, die wir auf die Terrasse gestellt haben. Das ist etwas mühselig, weil diese nur über einige Treppen zu erreichen ist.Was vielleicht hilfreich zu wissen ist, dass die Schlafzimmer keine festen Türen haben (Vorhang, Lamellentür): Gespräche und sonstige Geräusche bekommt man sehr gut mit.Wir haben den Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall sehr genossen!

Traumhafter Blick

Uns hat es in Cala Piccola sehr gut gefallen. Die Ankunft und Kommunikation hat problemlos funktioniert. Vielen Dank an Alle. Die Terrasse mit dem Blick ist wirklich traumhaft. Durch den Sonnenschirm ist auch genug Schatten zum Essen auf der Terrasse vorhanden. Die Wohnung selbst ist in Ordnung, aber an manchen Stellen merkt man, fehlende Modernisierungen. Beispielsweise würde dem Bad ein neuer Anstrich gut tun. Die Fotos stellen die Wohnung sehr gut vor und da hatten wir auch bereits diesen Eindruck. Daher keine Überraschung. Das Bad ist leider sehr klein und fordert daher bei 4 Personen etwas Koordinierungsaufwand ;-) Die Umgebung ist spitze. Der große Pool lädt zum Schwimmen und genießen der Aussicht ein. Zum zugehörigen Strand muss man leider mit dem Auto fahren, aber ein Parkplatz ist kostenlos dabei. Man muss nur rechtzeitig dran sein. Die Felsküste mit den tollen Wellen, Springmöglichkeiten etc. hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Aber auch ein Abstecher zum langen Sandstrand Giannella ist leicht machbar. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und uns gut erholt. Damit unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Cette maison est très agréable la vue et la terrasse sont fantastiques. La plage et la piscine sont merveilleuses. L’endroit est calme. Tous les services sont à proximité. Massimo le propriétaire est disponible et sympathique tout comme Rosa qui nous a accueilli. C’était juste parfait. Un souvenir impérissable. Merci Questa casa è molto bella, la vista e la terrazza sono fantastiche. La spiaggia e la piscina sono meravigliose. Il posto è calmo. Tutti i servizi sono nelle vicinanze. Vista mozzafiato, posizione scomoda per mancanza di supermercati o beni di prima necessità. Bellissima la spiaggia privata ma nell'annuncio non viene menzionato che si deve per forza prendere l'auto per raggiungerla. Consiglierei, vista l'impossibilità di fare la spesa giornaliera, un frigorifero con un freezer più grande.

Sicuramente per la prossima stagione verrà istallato un frigo più capiente. La distanza dal mare è un fatto personale, alcuni ospiti raggiungono lo stabilimento anche a piedi. Sicuramente quando ci saremo lasciati alle spalle questo brutto periodo di restrizioni e la navetta che sale e scende sarà di nuovo operativa non sarà più necessario utilizzare la propria auto

Ogni anno, prima che inizi la nuova stagione valutiamo se ci sono lavori da fare alla casa , eventuali accessori o arredi da rinnovare, in modo che gli ospiti possano soggiornare comodamente e godere della meravigliosa location. Anche in questo periodo complicato dalla pandemia abbiamo cercato di fare al meglio il nostro lavoro anche se non tutti gli interventi che avremmo voluto fare sono stati possibili....

Un tramonto da cartolina

Siamo molto contenti di aver soggiornato presso l'appartamento della sig.ra Elisetta , la vista dal terrazzo è impagabile, la posizione è ottima (molto comoda per raggiungere tutte le mete più interessanti dell'Argentario e delle Maremma). Il contesto in cui si trova l'alloggio è perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e silenzio; il parcheggio riservato, i servizi dello stabilimento di Cala Piccola e della piscina esterna sono stati molto apprezzati da tutti noi e di sicuro hanno rappresentato un valore aggiunto non indifferente . Infine abbiamo trovato un'ottima ospitalità da parte della sig.ra Elisetta, nonché molto utili e preziose le informazioni per il soggiorno del sig. Massimo.

The location is lovely

Although the location is lovely, the property is completely different in terms of quality from the photos I saw posted. The apt was very run down, dilapidated and it felt like staying in a place that had been nice 40 years ago. It is as also smaller than the website les me to believe. Unfortunately, Covid restrictions meant that access to the beach was severely limited and the owner had not told us that our of the 6 full days that we were there we would only have access to the sea on 4 half days. We are very sorry that you did not feel well at my home. We are also very sorry that you found my house different from how it had been described in our ad. The limitations of the covid were clearly described by the announcement and certainly did not depend on our wishes or decisions. We have also always remembered them during our telephone calls with our guests. We are deeply sorry that it was a nasty surprise for you. You are the only ones who have considered the house ‘dilapidated’, but we will surely do, as we always do, our best to make it more and more hospitable.

Vivere in completo relax

È difficile andare in vacanza e non trovare qualche nota negativa....in questo caso mi devo ricredere. Luogo da favola con una splendida terrazza di fronte al l’isola del Giglio. Casa comoda e accogliente con ogni confort. Consigliato sia per una famiglia che per una coppia in cerca di privacy e tranquillità. La piscina panoramica è veramente qualcosa di unico. La proprietaria la Sig.ra Elisetta disponibile e gentile vi aiuterà per ogni esigenza. Sicuramente esperienza consigliatissima.

Assolutamente perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato a Cala Piccola purtroppo per una sola settimana,. La cortesia e la disponibilità della signora Elisetta e del signor Massimo, la bellezza del posto e della casa e la comodità di poter godere del mare a pochi minuti di distanza in condizioni di assoluta sicurezza, hanno reso la nostra vacanza perfetta!

Casa con vista fantastica ottima la soluzione per il mare. Forse andrebbe rivisto il letto nella cameretta
