About this property
On a private hill farm estate. Set in stunning scenery close to the coast.
This is an elegantly converted school room which now offers a perfect home for two guests. The property has been totally renovated into a luxury get away.
You enter the property into a large porch with hanging space over the radiator with a door then leading into the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare food with a fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, a fan oven, dishwasher and washing machine. This then leads out into the open plan sitting /dining area with a log burner, Sonos player, flat screen Freesat TV, wifi and ample seating. There is a second porch leading off the back of this area which leads to the private garden which used to be the play ground. Also off the sitting room is the bathroom which has a bath and large separate walk in shower. Both the kitchen and bathroom are under the balcony bedroom which can be accessed by the oak staircase. The bedroom looks down on the sitting/dining area and out of the large full height windows into the garden. This has a large oak super-king four poster bed with a hypnosis mattress and matching sets of drawers. As this is open plan we sadly do not accept dogs. Outside there is a barbecue, table and chairs to enjoy the sun trap garden. There are also out buildings for storage if needed. A perfect retreat for two!

About the host
Hosted by Willa Wilson

I was born in Lochgilphead and took over the farm from my dear Dad about 15 years ago. Angus my husband and I have brought up three children here and would love to share it with you.
Why they chose this property
We have spent nearly two years renovating this School Room where I was a young student at 5 years! The final product is wonderful and very tempted to move in myself!!
What makes this property unique
So much room with all the bells and whistles which is hard to find in a two person property!
