Spacious Villa set in Lush Gardens with Private access to the Beach

Villa Sherene is a spacious house set in lush gardens planted with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and large olive trees that provide shade. From the garden there is a private gate that leads directly onto the beach which is just 30m from the house. The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood.

The house comprises 3 apartments and sleeps up to 10. Each apartment has its own separate entrance. On the ground floor is a 2 bedroom apartment, on the first floor there is another 2 bedroom apartment and in the garden in a separate house is another 1 bedroom apartment.

There is private parking for 2 cars on the street level that is 7 stairs up from the top level and 20 to the garden level.

From the upper floor balcony the guest can enjoy views over the aqua blue sea and the hills and villages of the mainland.

Apartment Olive is at the garden level and comprises a large open plan kitchen, living, dining room that opens out onto the garden. The patio has a wooden bench and table facing the sea, it’s a perfect place for watching the sunrise and enjoying breakfasts, lunches or dinners. There is a traditional BBQ grill area where you can enjoy grilling local fish and meats.

In this apartment there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 child. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

Apartment Hibiscus is on the first floor and comprises a large open plan kitchen, living, dining room area that opens out onto a balcony with a fabulous sea view. Here you can enjoy meals and relax as the sun goes down.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 child. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

Apartment Cherry is the second garden level apartment. The apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan living dining kitchen area which opens out onto a balcony with lovely garden views. On the balcony is a summer kitchen with a traditional BBQ grill and sink where you can enjoy making meals al fresco.

It has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. In the living room is a sofa bed suitable for 1 child.

All the apartments have air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV.

Access to the apartments is down stairs that go from the street level, to the left and right side of the house. Apt Cherry entrance is directly off the stairs on the right side. The balcony looks out onto the garden in front of the apartment. Entrance to Apt Olive is from the garden, the guest will use the stairs on the right side of the house. And entrance to Apt Hibiscus is from the stairs on the left side of the house.

Means of access: Getting to the villa is easy by car or by plane. Split airport is a 10km taxi ride away and access to the island is by bridge. But please note that local roads become congested during the high season.

Directions to the villa: You will check in at the villa using the key safe. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the villa.
