Merveilleux appartement avec terrasse

Calme et position pratique.

Logis tranquille et confortable, et relativement bien Ă©quipĂ©. Luisella Ă©tait trĂšs sympa et cela facilitait une communication un peu difficile ( un po’ di Francese, niente inglese). Une fois trouvĂ© le chemin qui y mĂšne, l’arrĂȘt du Vaporetto Ă  5 min de marche est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable!

Real Venetian apartment away from the masses

This was a completely comfortable absolutely charming apartment with everything we needed to get easily around Venice and do anything we wanted. Our hostess was terrific and went out of her way to help us check in easily even though we arrived earlier than anticipated. extremely convenient to two separate vaporetto stations. The generous balcony gave a beautiful view of the enclosed garden below . The bed was very comfortable. The furnishings and decorations were a very high-quality.

Fantastic location and owners

This apartment is in a lovely area of Venezia. I could easily walk or take the Vaporetti anywhere. Thank you so much to the owners who waited late for me when my train was delayed. I had a wonderful stay! Hope to come back soon

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in einer Wohnung von Alberto, sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse Blick auf die Chiesa Zan Degola. Nahe an der Vaporettostation und dem Coop. Wir haben den Aufenhalt sehr genossen und werden wieder kommen.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, aber in NÀhe von Vaporetto-Station. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Sehr schön ist der Balkon zum Ausspannen am Abend. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-VerhÀltnis.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Per Vaporetto war die Wohnung gut zu erreichen, zu Fuß waren die Wege zu den meisten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten etwas weit.

Das perfekte Appartement in Venedig

Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt, hell und gemĂŒtlich. Die Ausstattung auch der KĂŒche ist sehr gut. Ein Highlight ist die ĂŒberdachte kleine Terrasse mit Blick in einen Garten. Die Lage zentral, nahe an einer Vaparetto Haltestelle. Einfach perfekt!!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Eine wirklich sehr tolle Wohnung. Ruhige Umgebung, gut zu erreichen und super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Im direkten Umfeld finden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Restaurants. Und nach einem Tag in Venedig kann man gemĂŒtlich auf der Dachterrasse ein GlĂ€schen Wein trinken. Immer wieder gerne... :-)

Wonderful Apartment❀

Alberto’s apartment is lovely! Cozy, with a comfortable bed, great little kitchen. Charming little private balcony area. All in a great neighbourhood with lots to explore. Alberto is a charming host who provided great reccomendations😊. When we arrived by train we rolled our bags out front and caught the Vaporetto, (7.50 E each per person w/1bag)only one stop. Alberto’s directions were great and made it easy to find. Yes, there are stairs to climb, as there are all over Europe! The day before our departure day we met a porter out front the train station who we arranged w/ to call the next morning, and pick up our bags at our apt and walked w/ him to the train station. 10 minute walk. We paid him 15 E total for this, and tipped him 5 E for this service ( well worth it). Gracie Mille Alberto

Un formidable séjour!

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© deux semaines dans l'appartement "Casanova" au 2e Ă©tage. L'appartement est situĂ© dans un quartier calme, Ă  moins de cinq minutes d'un arrĂȘt de vaporetto et quelques pas de ce charmant campo San Giacomo dell' Orio oĂč nous passions quotidiennement faire nos courses au Coop ou Ă  la pĂątisserie, ou encore y prendre une glace, Ă  l'heure de la passegiata, assis sur un banc Ă  y regarder les enfants qui s'amusent tandis que les parents conversent. Bref, un endroit attachant, loin des hordes touristiques, et frĂ©quentĂ© par des VĂ©nitiens habitant le quartier. L'appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs lumineux et la terrasse, avec vue sur le clocher de l'Ă©glise San Zan Degola, est un lieu formidable pour y prendre ses repas. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour rendre le sĂ©jour des plus agrĂ©ables, avec en prime une Luisella accueillante et parlant un excellent français. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hĂ©sitation. Encore grazie mille Luisella!

TrÚs agréable

Nous y avons séjourné début juin 2015. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée avec une trÚs jolie cour intérieure entourée de plantes. C'était magnifique. L'appartement est trÚs grand, bien équipé et prÚs de tous les services. C'est idéal pour ceux qui aiment prendre leurs repas à la maison.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. EstĂĄ en un barrio encantador de Venecia que ya conocĂ­amos de otro viaje, cĂ©ntrico pero apartado del centro mĂĄs turĂ­stico. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca con buenos precios, tiendas tradicionales y no estĂĄ lejos del supermercado. Nos lo encontramos muy lĂ­mpio y bien equipado para pasar unos dĂ­as encantadores en esta preciosa ciudad. Gracias por todo Luisella, ha sido un placer alojarnos en tu apartamento, esperamos volver algĂșn dĂ­a.

Depuis 10 ans nous passons chaque Ă©tĂ© au moins 2 semaines dans l'appartement. C'est dire combien nous apprĂ©cions notre sĂ©jour. La situation est idĂ©ale: arrĂȘt de vaporetto Ă  3 minutes, supĂ©rette, boulangerie, Ă  2 minutes. Le quartier est hyper calme. L'appartement lui-mĂȘme est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Rien ne manque pour un sĂ©jour trĂšs confortable: literie de qualitĂ©, cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e, lave linge, air conditionnĂ©, et mĂȘme maintenant la wifi depuis cette annĂ©e. Il y a une petite terrasse tellement agrĂ©able pour prendre les repas ou passer un moment le soir.La propretĂ© des lieux Ă  toujours Ă©tĂ© irrĂ©prochable. Le linge est fourni sans restriction. On trouve Ă©galement dans le quartier de nombreux petits restaurants et pizzerias de qualitĂ©. La gare ferroviaire est Ă  un arrĂȘt de vaporetto. Le grand marchĂ© est Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied. Par ailleurs, l'accueil rĂ©servĂ© par Luisella, Mara et Roberto a toujours Ă©tĂ© d'une extrĂȘme gentillesse. Sourire et serviabilitĂ© sont toujours lĂ . L'ambiance est vraiment chaleureuse et, avec le temps, presque familiale. En bref, les conditions sont idĂ©ales pour un sĂ©jour parfait.
