"We recommend this very lovely accommodation highly. It's conveniently located and easy to find (very important, especially in Venezia!), only one stop on waterbus from the Venezia Santa Maria Train Station. They are kind, friendly and helpful and made our stay in this amazing city of water and labyrinth much easier. Thank you!"

"The apartment was clean ...

"The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely little courtyard garden. The lounge and kitchen had french windows that opened onto the garden.It was very quiet as the square where it was situated did not have a through thorough fare so people did not come into the square. It was a short walk to the grand canal and vaporetto stop.There were some nice restaurants nearby. Luisella the owner was very helpful and tried to teach us some Italian.I was sorry to miss the Venice Bienalle by two days! Would love to go back to the same apartment again. Thank you, Luisella."

Calme et position pratique.

Logis tranquille et confortable, et relativement bien équipé. Luisella était très sympa et cela facilitait une communication un peu difficile ( un po’ di Francese, niente inglese). Une fois trouvé le chemin qui y mène, l’arrêt du Vaporetto à 5 min de marche est très appréciable!

Real Venetian apartment away from the masses

This was a completely comfortable absolutely charming apartment with everything we needed to get easily around Venice and do anything we wanted. Our hostess was terrific and went out of her way to help us check in easily even though we arrived earlier than anticipated. extremely convenient to two separate vaporetto stations. The generous balcony gave a beautiful view of the enclosed garden below . The bed was very comfortable. The furnishings and decorations were a very high-quality.

Schöne, ruhige Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne saubere Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, aber in Nähe von Vaporetto-Station. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Sehr schön ist der Balkon zum Ausspannen am Abend. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt, hell und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung auch der Küche ist sehr gut. Ein Highlight ist die überdachte kleine Terrasse mit Blick in einen Garten. Die Lage zentral, nahe an einer Vaparetto Haltestelle. Einfach perfekt!!!!!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top-Lage

Eine wirklich sehr tolle Wohnung. Ruhige Umgebung, gut zu erreichen und super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Im direkten Umfeld finden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne Restaurants. Und nach einem Tag in Venedig kann man gemütlich auf der Dachterrasse ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Immer wieder gerne... :-)

Alberto’s apartment is lovely! Cozy, with a comfortable bed, great little kitchen. Charming little private balcony area. All in a great neighbourhood with lots to explore. Alberto is a charming host who provided great reccomendations😊. When we arrived by train we rolled our bags out front and caught the Vaporetto, (7.50 E each per person w/1bag)only one stop. Alberto’s directions were great and made it easy to find. Yes, there are stairs to climb, as there are all over Europe! The day before our departure day we met a porter out front the train station who we arranged w/ to call the next morning, and pick up our bags at our apt and walked w/ him to the train station. 10 minute walk. We paid him 15 E total for this, and tipped him 5 E for this service ( well worth it). Gracie Mille Alberto

Un formidable séjour!

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans l'appartement "Casanova" au 2e étage. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme, à moins de cinq minutes d'un arrêt de vaporetto et quelques pas de ce charmant campo San Giacomo dell' Orio où nous passions quotidiennement faire nos courses au Coop ou à la pâtisserie, ou encore y prendre une glace, à l'heure de la passegiata, assis sur un banc à y regarder les enfants qui s'amusent tandis que les parents conversent. Bref, un endroit attachant, loin des hordes touristiques, et fréquenté par des Vénitiens habitant le quartier. L'appartement est très agréable, très lumineux et la terrasse, avec vue sur le clocher de l'église San Zan Degola, est un lieu formidable pour y prendre ses repas. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour rendre le séjour des plus agréables, avec en prime une Luisella accueillante et parlant un excellent français. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésitation. Encore grazie mille Luisella!

Nous y avons séjourné début juin 2015. Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée avec une très jolie cour intérieure entourée de plantes. C'était magnifique. L'appartement est très grand, bien équipé et près de tous les services. C'est idéal pour ceux qui aiment prendre leurs repas à la maison.

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Está en un barrio encantador de Venecia que ya conocíamos de otro viaje, céntrico pero apartado del centro más turístico. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca con buenos precios, tiendas tradicionales y no está lejos del supermercado. Nos lo encontramos muy límpio y bien equipado para pasar unos días encantadores en esta preciosa ciudad. Excellent séjour

Depuis 10 ans nous passons chaque été au moins 2 semaines dans l'appartement. C'est dire combien nous apprécions notre séjour. La situation est idéale: arrêt de vaporetto à 3 minutes, supérette, boulangerie, à 2 minutes. Le quartier est hyper calme. L'appartement lui-même est très agréable. Rien ne manque pour un séjour très confortable: literie de qualité, cuisine équipée, lave linge, air conditionné, et même maintenant la wifi depuis cette année. Il y a une petite terrasse tellement agréable pour prendre les repas ou passer un moment le soir.La propreté des lieux à toujours été irréprochable. Le linge est fourni sans restriction. On trouve également dans le quartier de nombreux petits restaurants et pizzerias de qualité. La gare ferroviaire est à un arrêt de vaporetto. Le grand marché est à 10 minutes à pied. Par ailleurs, l'accueil réservé par Luisella, Mara et Roberto a toujours été d'une extrême gentillesse. Sourire et serviabilité sont toujours là. L'ambiance est vraiment chaleureuse et, avec le temps, presque familiale. En bref, les conditions sont idéales pour un séjour parfait.
