Apartment of 55 sqm. and 50 sqm. terrace located in the popular Benal Beach complex, directly down to the beach. The apartment is located on the 9th floor with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean and mountains from the lovely terrace.

The apartment is completely renovated and contains a large combined kitchen / living room, nice bathroom, large bedroom with good wardrobes, air conditioning in bedroom and living room and large terrace.
The apartment includes combined oven / microwave, washing machine, TV and music system. The terrace has outdoor kitchen, barbecue, 2 sun loungers, 2 lounge chairs with foot stools and table with 6 chairs.

Benal Beach has a 24 hour reception, security guards, lifts (handicap friendly), huge pool facilities with many slides, indoor and outdoor bar as well as pool bar, supermarket, large splendid gardens with colorful artificial lakes, large fitness center with heated pool, spa bath, sauna and solarium.

Opposite Benal Beach is the beautiful Parque de la Paloma with cactus park, flowers, zoo and lake. 1oo meter to lovely wide sandy beach with restaurants and bars. There are 100 bus stops with direct buses to Malaga, Torremolinus, Fuengirola and Benalmadena Pueblo. The railway station is 1.5 km away. There is 2 km to the large Marina with exquisite shops and restaurants. 2 km to funfair and eagle reserve and 15 km to Malaga airport. There are approx. 35 golf courses in a radius of 50 km. 70 km to scenic area with large lakes, rivers, dams, forests and mountains, suitable for lots of different activities.

Amazing views from the balcony which was larger than the apartment. There was everything that you needed in the apartment and everything was really clean. Very quiet and the shop in the apartment block was excellent. Just a 5-10 min walk to the sea front with plenty of bars and restaurants. Very cheap to drink and eat.

Perfect apartment in great location

Amazing large terrace with lots of sitting / dining areas that gets the sun all day but with lots of shade available when you need it. Apartment itself is very well appointed with everything you need, and there is a very well stocked shop on the ground floor - prices are very reasonable too. Owner was very kind in leaving us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate our anniversary abd let us have a late check out too. Would definitely stay here again

Wonderful Stay in Benalmadina

The best feature of this wonderful apartment is the luxurious patio overlooking the beach. The apartment was fully equipped for all our needs. The owner and property manager responded quickly when we had a small issue. The overall building is lovely and well maintained. We’d return in a heartbeat.

Great apartment with a wonderful outdoor space. Plenty of outdoor seating and opportunities to generate shade if needed. The outdoor space makes this a great voice. Everything we expected

Our flight arrived early but they did their best to allow us in early. Location was great and bus just short walk. Lots of restaurants in the area and a short walk to beach. We loved the balcony and that was one reason we chose this apartment. Fortunately we had sun from 8 am to 8 pm which was lovely. Would book again.

Amazing Apartment.

This apartment has everything you could ever need. The apartment is spotless and large. The beds are comfortable and there is all the bed linen and towels you will need plus extra. Communication with Flemming us excellent, we had a small problem with check-in and he resolved everything and had someone come check on us within 10 minutes if contacting him. The best part of the apartment has to be the balcony, it is huge and the views are spectacular. I will definitely be back here, it is the best apartment in Benalmadena in my opinion.

Amazing views and terrace

Everything was great. The host has accommodated my request for a high chair and they had a travel cot in the property. We have spent most of our time outside or in the terrace thats massive! Had a little bbq there too. Location is great, plenty of shops restaurants bakeries, Benalmadena marina is walkable. I actually think the photos of the terrace dont do it justice to be honest. We have used the swimming pool on the premises too. I would recommend this appartment for sure and would live to come back!

Vacaciones como en casa

Simplemente genial...!! El apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo imprescindible para una estancia con todas las comodidades necesarias. Habia papel higiénico, papel de cocina, detergente para lavadora y para lavar platos, asi como estropajos, balletas y paños suficientes. Esto es de agradecer. En la cocina tambien habia sal, café, condimentos, cafetera, hervidor de agua, tupper, sartenes y ollas....hasta habia palillos, papel de aluminio y bolsas para guardar alimentos. La vajilla de platos, cubiertos, vasos, copas, tambien con mucha cantidad y variedad. Ropa de cama y toallas suficientes y limpias. El apartamento y la terraza están decorados con muy buen gusto y te hace sentir que estás en tu casa. La terraza es sin duda lo mejor del apartamento, ESPECTACULARES vistas y el mobiliario me encantó con mesas, sillas , sofá, tumbonas.... Hasta me han gustado las macetas con las plantas. Con toldos por toda la terraza para tener mas privacidad y cubrirte del sol. En fin... Volveria sin duda con los ojos cerrados!! La urbanización es perfecta para ir con niños, con multitud de piscinas, toboganes, tumbonas, zona de bar para tomar algo o comerte una hamburguesa, pizza...a 2 minutos andando de la playa y en zona tranquila con todo lo que puedas necesitar alrededor. Gracias al propietario Flemming por su acogida.
