It has two double bedrooms and a spacious open space living room with sofa bed, and is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Located in a strategic position, you can quickly reach the Rialto Market and Rialto Bridge (1 minute), St. Mark's Square (7 minutes), the imposing Frari Basilica (12 minutes). Walking down the street you are immersed in the area nicknamed Erbaria, which once hosted part of the Rialto Market with the sale of herbs and spices, now a meeting place for many Venetians especially on weekends thanks to the numerous bars and taverns. Let yourself be carried away by the typical flavours of Venice in a culinary journey through the numerous restaurants in the vicinity of the building, or if you prefer a quieter evening in the intimacy of home you will find a supermarket just 300m away. Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station are reachable on foot in about 15-20 minutes, but for greater convenience you will find the Rialto Mercato and Rialto vaporetto stops, respectively 100 and 200 metres away. To make you feel at home, we make all comforts available such as internet access (wi-fi), air conditioning, television, hairdryer, iron, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, crockery and various utensils. Check-ins are possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later ones are possible by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests' name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
