Three-room detached houses in central position and at only 200 m from the beach of Lido degli Scacchi. The flat is entirely situated on the ground floor with independent entrance and garden, barbecue and garden fortniture. The car can be parked even in front of the house on the street.

The house consists of a livingroom with double sofabed and a well renovated kitchen, one double bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed and single bed. Bathoom is equipped with a large box shower, Wc and Bidet.
