Welcome to our upgraded villa situated at Highlands Reserve.

Ideally situated just a short drive from all attractions in one of the most prestigious and well known communities in the Orlando area, Highlands Reserve combines a prime holiday location, with up scale housing and a magnificent 18 hole par 72 championship golf course. Perfect for those seeking well-appointed surroundings in a peaceful setting yet close to all the area's attractions.

Recently redesigned from a 6 bedroom to a 5 bedroom property, our villa provides ideal accommodation for two families and a fantastic place to relax while visiting the theme parks in the Orlando area. Perfectly situated on the golf course, likewise our villa also provides an excellent base for golfers choosing to play the fun and challenging Highlands Reserve Golf Course or any one of the numerous courses that lay nearby.

Our villa is situated immediately on the golf course with unrestricted and tranquil views of the 7th fairway and green. Here you can watch the golfers go by while soaking in our private pool or relaxing on the one of the many sun loungers.

Our luxury 5 bedroom 4.5 bathroom villa offers all the comforts of home and can easily accommodate up to 10 in a party. Spacious and beautifully furnished on two floors with everything you would expect to make a perfect, relaxing and carefree holiday.

The ground floor features; Family Room with a 51' Flat Screen TV, fully equipped Kitchen with Breakfast Nook, large Games Room with Pool Table, Dart Board and Table Tennis Table, separate Dining Room with seating for six, Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer and separate ground floor Washroom. First of two Master Bedrooms with Ensuite Bathroom and spacious Walk-in Wardrobe.

The first floor consists of; two separate Bathrooms, Master Suite with Ensuite Bathroom, Twin Bedroom with two single beds, a second Twin Bedroom with two single beds and a further Double Bedroom. A spacious Sitting Room with L-Shaped Sofa, 42' Flat Screen TV, and WII Games Console provides a second sitting area for your enjoyment.

Sliding doors in the kitchen area allow access to the outdoor decking area with a large pool, outdoor furniture and stunning views over the 7th fairway. This really is the perfect place to relax after an exhilarating Florida day.

All bedrooms have TV's with cable in the main Living Room. WiFi is supplied throughout the home with secure connection via provided password. To make your stay more carefree, international telephone calling is available to keep in touch with relatives and friends back home in the real world.

We had a great time, we had 8 of us staying. Everything worked as it should and we were able to swim and hang out in the garage to play pool and darts. Would have been nice to have a few more towels, but other than that it was great!

Easy access to the property with instructions. Our family rented this home for 10 days over the holidays. The AC unfortunately was not on for most of our stay and there was no dish soap, laundry soap, or additional toilet paper in the house. The property manager informed us that the owner does not provide such supplies, so therefore we purchased it ourselves and left it at the house for the next renters. When the property manager came to the house to fix the AC, she kindly brought additional toilet paper, but the owner later charged us 10 for this without discussion. The toilet seat in the master bedroom - bathroom was broken when we arrived, but the property manager provided us with the part required to fix it. The pool water level was below the skimmer, so my husband topped up the water so that the pump would not get damaged. The day after we arrived, we messaged the owner to let him know that we were unable to use the pool cover to retain the heat, as it was deteriorating and its use would most likely result in the cover tearing more and plastic remnants floating in the pool, and we did not want to damage his pool cover or pump. The owner did not respond to our message, and did not respond until the day before we left, after we asked the property manager to please pass on the information. We never bother to do these reviews when we rent homes on vacation but it was extremely disappointing to find out the owner charged us 10 for trolley paper that is an essential!

Owner charged us for alleged incidentals without verification. Choose elsewhere.

The property was sufficient. Not overly extravagant, but good for little ones. After leaving, the owner charged us for several alleged incidentals. We disputed them and asked for him to verify them with receipts. He failed to do so and charged our credit card. I wouldn’t stay here again or refer anyone else to given the owner’s actions. I don’t think it’s right an owner can charge you for things without establishing he actually incurred costs for them.

Family Disney vacation

This home definitely needs updated kitchen appliances - the dishwasher leaked and needed replaced while we were there so was not usable. The refrigerator and stove are also very old and need to be replaced. Please purchase some new sheets and towels. They are so old, worn and thin. The second master bed had hair on the sheets when we checked in so must not have been cleaned from prior guests. The small carpet in the living room also needs replaced. It is filthy and coming apart. This property is definitely a rental property and it shows. The ability to adjust the heat and a/c were also an issue since the temps dropped while we were there - we had to buy blankets since there were none. Please TOSS the gross ripped up couch in the garage. I can’t imagine anyone would EVER actually use it while playing pool. We have stayed at several other homes over the years in this golf community and this property is definitely at the bottom of our list.

Very nice property but…

The property manager was quick to respond. The home was beautiful but the only things I would change is the hallway bathroom sinks (both) were disgustingly rusted. Bedroom mattresses were a little uncomfortable and appliances need to be upgraded. We loved the property other than that. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

A gem of a place in central Florida

Overall an okay stay

Had issues with the pool not staying warm and the pump not working right. Upstairs toilet wasn't functioning properly and overflowed. Homeowner and maintenance were quick to fix the issues. We've rented in this area every year for the past 6 years for vacation. The home was functional for what we needed. We enjoyed our time away from home.

With a much needed break from the hustle and bustle of life, it was nice to stay in a great clean location. The property was in a quite neighborhood and well kept.
