If you are looking for the kind of vacation condo that’s really clean and nicely appointed, this is the one for you. The owners have taken special care to make this Grand Panama rental a place you'll want to come every year. Guests have to register their vehicles with resort.

Note: Guests must register with the resort for parking passes and pool bands. The registration fee is $55 . This fee includes up to (1) one parking pass and armbands for each member of your party an extra pass is $35. Motorcycle parking is available at $55 per motorcycle. Adults and children 13 years of age and older are required to wear armbands while on property.

But let’s talk about what makes this a special place for you. Let’s start with the view! You step out on the balcony and you get to look at the most beautiful beach in the world. Right here. And there's just the right spot to enjoy you morning coffee and catch a glimpse of the dolphins that play off shore. You’ll want to spend lots of time here. It’s big and comfortable.

The living area's nice and big. And, It’s got a great look that says “I’m at the beach.” It’s really colorful and fun and it really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.

Your LIVING ROOM sofa opens up as a queen sleeper. The entertainment center, which is entertaining just to look at. There’s a big Flat Screen here for when you’re tired of looking out at the beach. Lots of channels to enjoy.

Both the dining area and the kitchen are set up so that you get these terrific views as well. And the kitchen's got everything you need whether you're grabbing a snack or whipping up a gourmet meal.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a King size bed with a headboard. Really colorful bedding. There’s another big TV here and same cable package located in a giant entertainment center.

The SECOND MASTER is equipped with a Queen size bed! With it’s own bath!

There is also a kid friendly bunk area.

The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for up to 8 with 2 full baths.
